I believe the writing is right, it's Taobus (read taoba). you see it's similar for Vhagar it's Vhagus in High Valyrian but still read Vhagar. in my head it's like learning french, some words sound nothing like how they were written, in non-native speaker's perspective ofc. :)

I genuinely think the actor for Aemond is saying it wrong. After looking at the script for the Valyrian in the episode and learning it on Duolingo he’s not pronouncing it correctly, also idk why it says taobus in the script when boy is taoba in Valyrian

I also had another explanation. Being a half Hightower, with an Andal mother who despises dragons and Valyrian custom, probably Almond learned the language by himself and never had a proper lesson on how to pronounce High Valyrian correctly, aside from the dragonkeepers who probably only taught them commands. Jace and Luke om the other hand probably speak it fluently thanks to Rhaenyra who was raised on Valyrian custom by the proudest and purest blood of the dragon himself: Daemon.

Actually, in the show Jace is shown to struggle pretty significantly with High Valyrian, so it's pretty unlikely that he's fluent. Not sure about Lucerys, though- he's able to give reassurances and commands to Arrax, yeah, but Aemond was able to say entire sentences that were wholly unrelated to dragonriding on the fly. From what we've seen, out of the three boys, Aemond is the most likely to be fluent (albeit with a bit of an accent, but having an accent doesn't somehow make someone not fluent.)
