    I go to college near that creek and fish it frequently! I normally float fish but i got some fly fishing gear and plan on trying it out soon. great spot for browns

    Yeah, nice simple fish catching videos, cool stuff. Maybe bend your barbs down, makes the release part of the video more graceful and the fish don’t come off too easily.

      Yep I usually do bend the barb's down, felt bad for that fish myself. The jiggy hook I was using has a huge barb too. Wasn't setting a good example, I'll try harder.

      Cool, I don’t want to be a chop buster, but I like watching the channel. That plus it looks a bit nicer on video and the fish gotta appreciate it even more! Thanks for the videos, showing and teaching us how you’re making it work.

    Using that rod I can tell your not in my trib. Are you above or below Rochester area? Love bugger fishing. 90% of what I use for trout.

      Above Rochester. You're absolutely right about the rod not what I'd recommend for general trib fishing, but excellent for the size and water level of the creek I was fishing. The Salmon, Oak, Catt and Genny usually require an 8wt single 6/7 spey.
