The aroma spreads throughout the neighbourhood and brings the people together who can't wait to taste the farata with curry or simply butter.

Ingredients:
350 g all purpose flour
1 TSP salt
2 TBSP oil (for dough)
40 ml oil (for brushing)
Approx. 200 - 225 ml hot water
Pour 4 personnes
Ingrédients:
350 g farine tout usage
1 c.a.c sel
2 c.a.b d'huile (pour la pâte)
40 ml d'huile (badigeonner)
Environ 200 - 225 ml d'eau

Hi.. Preferably use hot water around 140 F. Cold / room temperature water doesn't make the dough soft and also makes it difficult to roll. Thanks for watching ❤️

For 15 farata you will need 1kg of all purpose flour.
For 350g, you can get 5 - 6 farata depending on the size you make the balls.
