Just venting here - yep, I can't reconcile how FB MP can advertise (basically promise) one shipping rate to both buyer and seller, then charge the buyer an additional 25% on TOP of that fee. For example, I can see my sold listing showing $10.80 for shipping. My order shows $13.55 for shipping. Buyer and I both see the problem and were very surprised. When I communicate the problem to FB I get nothing but ghost replies and generic "this is how you add the shipping and cost to get the total" - types of replies. Five of those replies received so far on the most recent case...one even asking me for suggestion on how to improve their processes. CLEARLY there is absolutely NOBODY reading my message, just algorithms generating replies (IMHO).

Thank God. Finally at least an online form to file a report about a problem. Suddenly my option to ship any new marketplace orders has disappeared without explanation. And if that's not enough shipping has disappeared from all my current orders too and since I'm in the middle of rural Arkansas I depend on shipping to make any sales. Ugh hopefully it'll get fixed soon. Also, looks like the link for the Facebook shipping group no longer works? Same with the community option. :(

Facebook Marketplace in Spain is so overloaded with Scammers it is almost unusable to sell. I reported it, blocked dozens of scammers,…but it seems there is no interest to fix it. Uk it works great, must be something that can be done! They seem to have given up.

I can see everyone else's listings just not mine. I also had someone place an order and the create a label is being sent now to an email that I can't print from. It was just sending straight to my printer so I don't know how that changed. I really need help .

Hi i have an item for ssle for $80, this person write to me if i want to take $50, i said no, then he said $60 and he’ll pay the shipping. Ok i was agreed on that but he said that fb didn’t let him do the offer. In that case do i need to change the price for him and wsit until he pay (which i did) but he took forever and i needed to changed again.

My FB marketplace was banned (again).. for simply changing out and updating photos of a couple apartments as I updated them with better amenities. (I also changed the pricing by $50). This happened last month... and they contacted after my appeal me saying this was a mistake. BUT this time it says its third and final and I won't be reinstated. I'm literally only posting apartment photo and ads for my apartment units available. Someone please help me, as this is my biggest source on renting my fully included and furnished apartments. It says this is third and final! Help!

I think you are way to kinda regarding the Shipping on Marketplace group, have you scrolled through all the complaints and refunds? They even recently updated their group rules to now give them a reason to not answer certain questions and ignore comments. They offer no help really. I have been disenchanted by the whole Marketplace experience as it appears to be broken and there is no urgency.
Hey Sonny, I agree that it's really hard to communicate with them, a lot of tech companies are like that. That is why I am showing a bunch of different ways to try to contact them.

Yes, I use the same SSN but I also heard stories of people that they got in trouble for doing it ( I guess I got lucky) try getting EIN
