The vacuum comes with an small bottle of solution and for an bigger bottle its 20 dollars. Just used this tonite and am in love with it, its fun to clean with it!

Yes I used it without water however you can change it to carpet mode but I think it likes to have the water in it regardless if your not washing floors. Just gotta make sure it's on the carpet mode, idk it also didn't like me using it without something in the water tank regardless if I needed it so if your not going to use it to mop just fill it with water so it's happy.

No, not really. It will maintain already clean grout, but it's not a scrubber. It cleans floors and does a decent job of vaccuuming at the same time. Deep cleaning grout is a job for other tools.
Hi, I own one of these. The first time I use this I found the dry dirt stays dry, and tank filled with dirty water in it. Few days later I figured out the whole tank is wet after cleaning. Is this normal? Please reply soon. I am about to return mine. I like the machine a lot otherwise.

I just bought this yesterday's for $199 at Target in Illinois, 30 minutes south of Chicago! Hope other's are able to find it for this cheap!

Can you use it if there is a lot of pet hair and sand?
it should work fine just would have to clean it out more often,
No it has a chip inside that detects the combination of sand and pet hair and automatically shuts down
