Good job! I find when I stay in a property, I hate it when a host doesn't provide laundry detergent. We provide stain remover, bleach, detergent. and even hydrogen peroxide. Our cleaners use these and why not share with the guest. Our places are 3-2 houses. I probably will create more labels in the kitchen.
Yes to the labels! Guests truly love and appreciate them. For 3-2s, providing those amenities makes a ton of sense. You host a higher number of guests per stay than I do and they'll likely need to do laundry, especially if they're staying more than a couple of days.
This particular unit is a 2-2 and typically only sees guests that stay 3-4 days. They don't often do laundry and mysteriously, always leave their detergent behind, so I have a stockpile. 🤣
I love when laundry detergent is provided. I would never complain if it wasn't, but it's a cheap thing to provide.
Agreed. For me, it's an additional process to have to manage along with guest expectations (what about fabric softener, bleach?) so it's honestly just best and easiest for all if guests buy or bring their own. But yes, if you want to provide it to your guests, that's a very nice amenity!
can yu share the etsy template for the guide?
I wasn't able to find that vendor, sorry! Try searching for "AirBnb Guidebook" on Etsy and you should be able to find something. You want them to make the file available through Canva. Good luck!
How would you suggest to expose an Airbnb with local hospitals and insurance companies in the area ?
I tried going down the mid-term road myself and prefer doing short-term stays. 1) Finding tenants that you want is a LOT of work. If you want the insurance claim or traveling nurse guest, then you have to build relationships with those companies and that can take time and be a shot in the dar. 2) Mid-term guests not always, but most of the time in my experience, cause a lot of wear and tear on the home. You often have to shut it down to do deep cleaning and even repair items. It's happened every single time in my case. And, that kind of model just doesn't work for me. But if it's what you want, I highly suggest Jesse Vasquez's content here on RUclips. He's the guru of midterm rentals! Good luck!
Thank you 🙏 , I will definitely keep your input in mind.
I am building a glamping resort in Pakistan, I will definitely share with you, as beautiful as you are, so beautiful is your style.
That's awesome. Good luck with your project!
