Always wanted to try one. I'm glad it's still good for you a year later as other paddle buzz mentions paddles lasting only 6 months or less. I've advised people they can get two years. I think after that it's just time to try something else because people's ability changes, and the technology seems to change every year too. Thank you. Good job on video, b roll, and audio.
Appreciate it so much! Yah I'm definitely not saying there's no difference between a brand new one and one nearly a year old, in fact I hit a newer demo one side by side with mine and you can't totally feel a difference. But it's not like the paddle is unusable either! But yah I'm with you, at a certain point it's nice just to switch it up and see what the market has to offer!
@@danielajohnson40 you won’t go wrong with the Six Zero BD. I still play with my BD JMV edition and it’s my most reliable paddle. I’ve tried plenty and I always go back to it.
I still play with my black Diamond JMV edition and it’s still a solid paddle.
Love the look of that paddle!
Wow, this is amazing quality, you can really tell which reviewers have a background in film
Thanks so much, means the world! And yah haha definitely helps to have that experience to pull from!
Something changed in the manufacturing process. The 2023 paddles were apparently much more solid than the recent ones
I don't know anything about that but would be a bummer if true! Just got another recently though and so far so good
Fire video production
Hey I appreciate that dude!

Thanks . I got two of 14 mm double black diamonds.
the 14mm is a fun paddle!
DBD was my first real paddle - looking for my next but loved this paddle
Mine too! What are you considering for your next paddle? Sticking with six zero or going a different direction?
@@ThePickleballBlast Kinda want to try something different - but might just go with a 6.0 single black diamond there is way to many
I feel that haha, almost too many options out there!
The DBD 16mm was also my first real paddle. I’m thinking about getting the J2Ti when it comes out tho
