Ah such a shame your not keeping the van and doing anymore conversations. As you may gather from our name we really are clueless but we have learned more from you vlogs than any others. Good luck with the sale and the move. Thanks for everything you have share 🚐🚐
I’d recommend getting in touch with Quirky Campers for some advice… they can sell but also rent your van ‘if’ you were to keep it. Just a thought as I know the effort and work you have put into this project it might just be an opportunity for you guys 😎👍✅✅
It’s a great van build, you should think about building to order. The practicality you built in is brilliant. Wish I had the cash to make you an offer!
Hi Tim, the van I would say would sell for best part of £15k. I’d look into getting a side awning for the van with the addition of an awning rail on the side. Porapotty somewhere and a rear door external shower facility the could have a removable shower screen for privacy etc. there are some good external shower solutions out there. I know it’s more expenditure but you would reap the benefit I think!
You could keep it and make it another revenue stream and rent it out, being in Gloucestershire there is ample opportunity for potential places to take it within 2-3hrs of driving, plus you would still get the use of it when you wanted to.
I wouldn't bother selling it on ebay as it seems to attract time wasters - the winning bidder either never gets in touch, or they turn out to live hundreds of miles away and say they've changed their minds!
Second this absolutely - sadly, eBay isn't really a viable route to sell a vehicle, just look at how many descriptions mention e.g. serious buyers only etc.
14-16k, sure you will anyway but do a video tour of it on the listing, no need for voice over etc, just walk around, increases interest and bids several times over
While I can understand why you need the money to buy a tractor what are you going to use to transport all the materials you will need in the coming years? But - good luck with the sale.
We have a large trailer and will likely get more of a work van if needed. Although better planned ordering and getting materials delivered is the aim. So much time is wasted when collecting from merchants every time.
12 to 20k your be surprised but you don't have a lage water supply or a shower or side awning Your best to do some research. Look at the big sellers. Most vans have gone up in value ....
You must be the hardest working man on RUclips. Well played sir 👏

Hi! Could you share a link to / the name of those push catches you uses for the drop down cabinet doors please?
@Philip Smith I bought some from eBay ages ago, advertised as boat fittings. Hope this helps.
@@mandyleeson1 found em! Thank you!

Will the camper have 12 months MOT? Cheers
Can't wait to see the van tour when everything's done, furnished and staged.
You say the carpet route is a easy way to get a good finish, I have the same view about cladding.
Try Quirky Campers for selling the van!!
