I went to buy a crate of Malta Guinness once. The shop owner said she didn't sell in crates. I said OK. I am buying 30 cans of malt. I had some impromptu visitors to attend to.She didn't sell it to me. She said she didn't sell so much to one person like that.

One thing most employees who work as a customer service personnel forget it's a whole profession on it own, and it takes a lot of communication skills to be good at it. I here dnt blame the employees because most managers dnt employ people who merit the skills cause they dnt want to pay a salary more or within GHs 1000
I think businesses in Ghana must have proper sites and channels that customers can review and give feedback on all type of services. The customer is always right, only if, they don’t break any rules or don’t abuse their privileges. Even in develop countries you have businesses kicking out rude customers, you just have to be in the right and have proper irrefutable evidence and proof in case an issue arise. That is why there is a saying you earn respect and not demand it, but do that with reason😅

I went to meet a delivery guy at my gate and I went out without any footwear. And the guy side I should go back and wear slippers before I come for the food.🤣🤣🤣
I went to papaye lapaz branch and it was bad... I sat over 45mins before the food came and after the after eating, I was not attended to until I said CAN I GO ,BEFORE they came for their money...Ghana
Over here in UK🇬🇧 they make you feel as if you’re a King or Queen😂. They can pamper you to the extent of easily forgetting you’re over spending😂. You can also cancel your order. If you buy a product and you feel you don’t want it anymore within a particular period of time given, you can return it and get all your money back! Awwww me maen Ghana hmmm enti ebe ye yie ni☹️

Personal I think it's due to lack of competition. Most businesses in Ghana have monopolies, so there's no reason to improve customer care to keep customers. They know you don't have any other options.
Most entrepreneurs and workers in various firms in the country customer services is just horrible. Last time I had to fight one woman and explain to her how to provide a good customer service.
The issue with jobs/food joints in Ghana is that, there's no propper orientation when you're hired. Here in America, some ppl do orientation for say a week and they get paid. And some of these ppl even quit during or after the orientation, but still get paid during thy orientation period. America!!!! Leave Ghana oooooo leave 😂

Most restaurant workers in USA depend on tips cos they are underpaid. It's also a deep-rooted cultural thing, so u kinda have to conform. In Ghana, people do not really work with reviews, we depend a lot on word of mouth.
If you order online and its not delivered in the stipulated time it means they broke their contract with you, contact customer service and tell them, they'll cancel.
Customer service in Ghana sucks big time.Especially on the side of the women I'm not being gender bias or anything but it's the truth, it's usually the female customer reps who are the most rude not sure why.
