      No way an elderly or infirm person would be able to do the squats at the very beginning of the video.

    I just got mine today, I love it. I was on the hunt for how to read the meter, restart, etc. (the manual isn't to helpful for that) but glad I found you to help get a routine going.

    I am hoping this will help me build up some strength in my legs. I have arthritis in one hip and i broke my other knee last year. I was unable to walk and got so weak. I appreciate you making this showing us how to benefit from your machine. I was just wondering if this is safe to do every day. Again thank you, and Merry Christmas!

      Thank you for your comment. This can be a great daily workout however we recommend consulting with your doctor or primary healthcare provider to determine what routine is the best fit for you.

    This is awesome workout it has helped improved pain that I have in my lower legs also when I can go walk the track it has helped me to be able to walk a greater distance. Thanks so much.

      Stationary exercise may not be for everyone but it is great for those that prefer to work out in the comfort of their home or if they require low-impact exercise that does not put too much stress on joints!

      The elliptical is great to lubricate your knees while having minimal impact!

    i have a question. i am unable to move my left leg. If I pedal with my right leg while my left leg is on the left pedal, will it move my left leg for me so i can strengthen it too? Can you upload a video that shows how the pedals rotate when you pedal with just one foot. I have been thinking about buying this on black friday or cyber monday. thank you

      Hi, I am not the instructor but I would think that this would be beneficial for the leg you can not move, but, as always, check with your doctor. I hope you will eventually be able to move you leg again. Have a blessed day💜

    Is this safe with a cam boot for broken foot?

    Hi. I just got mine and really like it. I’m not sure how far from the chair or couch I should place it … It looks like the knees should be bent throughout the entire rotation. Is that right?

    How much calorie did you burned?

      Since everyone's metabolism is different, the best way to estimate your calories burned is to use the metabolic equivalent equation. We estimate that the MET value of your workout will be between 6-8. Using this value you can use the following equation to determine your estimated calories burned. Total calories burned = Duration (in minutes)*(MET*3.5*weight in kg)/200. For real-time calorie tracking, you could use an activity tracker like our Smart Fit Watch.

    I love my elliptical but is it normal for my knees to hurt? I worry that I might be doing damage to my knees.
