I have watched several videos of men repairing grout and tile. They gave good information and technical advice. But I loved seeing a woman do it! No fancy tools and she made it look easy. I can do this.
Wow, excellent job! What is the TYPE of putty/adhesive/mortar you used???? I tried to see the brand (I want to use the same type that you used in your tutorial). Where did you purchase it? A local home & garden store, such as Lowes, Home Depot, Orchards, Ace Hardware, etc.???? *P.S. How long do you "wait" before you can use the shower again?
InMyOpinion The already mixed adhesive is from Home Depot and its by the tile section. You can use your finger to press down but it might not be evenly pressed. And I waited at least 24 hours before using the shower. Hope that helps.
@TranDTV Yes that info helped tremendously‼️✔️💯Thank U SO much for making this video because I have to put my fallen ceramic soap holder back into its slot and I had a hard time and failed because I used Locktite products instead of ceramic tile adhesive. I now know better!🎉
You probably should wear gloves so that if you slipped while trying to score the grout you wouldn't cut yourself! Also, when you were using a screwdriver and hammer to chip out the corner grout you should have put your protective eye wear back on. Thanks for the video!
That was done all wrong..number one if that was in the shower area which i beleive it was your supposed to use mortar in any wet areas not adhesive...number two it looks as if she also used adhesive instead of grout between the tiles thats a no no..sanded grout should be used in shower areas..thats why her walls were wet in first place..shes not waterproofing when shes using the wrong materials

ofcourse you can do it! it's so easy i ended up doing my kitchen backsplash and powder room tile too.
Much easier than I thought it would be. I'm going to fix-up my Mom's kitchen backslash with nice new tile. Thanks!
This was an awesome video. I have. Six tiles that fell off tonight. Loved your tutorial. Oh and the editing was great!!! Lots of laughs!!!

Tran DTV thanks
ok....go 😂
hi. I need to do the same with my shower,. My bathroom looks just like yours, do you happen to know the color of your tiles
just the plain white ones at homedepot for like a dollar each.
Thank you cause I gotta take soap dish off and towel bar off and I need to buy tiles to replace that. Thank you.
Why not just backbutter the tile instead of putting it on the wall first?
