This song has become the anthem for the Danish male handball team. In 2019 when Denmark became world champions, the Copenhagen Square was filled with people singing this song along with the team.
Volbeat is a danish band! The corus of the song "for evigt" It's like "Forever, maybe forever, we are going the same way. And when tomorrow awakens and the night is resting maybe we shal forever go the same way. That's what the corus means roughly. Theese are one of my favorite bands. The guy doing the chorus is the lead singer of another very popular (in Denmark) rock band called "Magtens Korridorer". This was the biggest solo koncert in Denmark by a danish band ever.
