At first i was like wtf. But i tell ya. After 2 episodes i am hooked. I like how this guys real. Uses the tools he has. Makes it work and it looks good when he is done. I feel like i could tackle these projects after watching the video. Keep them coming. Love it

Very cool project. I have followed it all along. A guy told me that if you have something old, make sure it is something you like working on. This sure fits the bill.
Jigsaw did okay... Usually if the material your cutting is thin enough or it isn't stiff the jigsaw can make it flop around easy and make a mess quite easy. Yours did well though probably due to the fact the sheet metal on the hood is pretty tough and the teeth on the blade were fine enough. Good deal!
Body saw would be my preferred tool of choice to use and as long as you have a steady hand a single pass with it is certainly possible. Nice coupler/ reducer idea. probably have to get one from a salvage yard if they are NLA from Peterbilt. Either way, damn nice work Ezra. Looks much better and more uniform with the dual air cleaners 👍😁

Funny, Twin stick Garage takes a lot of afford to remove an air cleaner and you install one extra. Like your channel. Keep up the good work.

WOW Lookin Good! That Peterbilt has come a long ways. The RUclips monetization algorithm will pay you better for a 21 minutes video that is watched all the way through than for a shorter one. Extra three to five minutes is not a problem for the great content you create. New channel very recently is Matthews Motorsport for a full Peterbilt teardown. Rerail and then repower. Current one is where he gives a tutorial on how to improve one of those HF or Princess Auto sand blast pots. He made changes and got his working very effectively. Neat trick.
i don't edit for any specific length i just edit the video and it comes out how ever long it comes out.

I like the way that when parts aren’t available Ezra finds a way to make them himself. He has a way of planning things out so that more often than not it comes out looking good. The fabrication of the right diameter intake tubing is a good example.

One thing, and I’m sure you probably have already or are going to address this, don’t forget the rubber under the band straps like you did on the passenger side.
