It's badass because of the intention, aspiration and determination, and it's humble because of the 'I don't know" and "I would like", which shows humility, realism and self-awareness.

aerobically speaking, hes probably not... Muscle breakdown though he's probably pretty damn sore/fatigued.
Best comment ever! I was thinking the same thing. I’m 50 years old and use to run 1,500mm in Latin America and I had a very dangerous running style… never left anything on the track I would pour it all out, by the time I got to the finish line I was almost dead!🤣

what is the function of pacemakers?
Yuen Manson It’s much easier to run with others than alone. They also broke the wind for him and kept the pace, by following the laser and around the corners.
@@yuenmanson9860 He conserves energy by having the pacemakers break the wind for him. If you break the win by yourself for example, you work harder than you should. I don't think most people really understand just how fast he ran! It is mind boggling!!
It is essentially the full sprint speed for most middle aged men for 2 hours, something most middle aged men sustain for 2 minutes.
TheMightyHarihar Actually most middle-age men can only sustain that for about 45-90 sec, not 120 sec... of course your definition might vary from mine. However, if you live in the western world, then the average middle aged men doesn’t work out and works in an office and has gained some weight
