I have to say I am a huge fan of yours. I have bought three of your meal guides/cook books...and make these meals regularly. I can vouch for the Tofu Alfredo and Lasagna Soup. So so good! My 6 yo says she doesn't like tofu but gets very excited when I make this alfredo. Eats it without a problem. 😂 Thank you for sharing these wonderful recipes. Your recipes have helped my family of 7 to enjoy plant based eating. Thanks for all you do! Keep it up!

Loved all of these ideas they were great. I believe that your lasagna soup was a little bit different from the last lasagna for the kids book recipe

In your chickpea recipe with the purple onion, you said you added oil because it’s not for you and you usually add something else. Can you tell me what you would add instead of oil for this recipe please? I love all your content. Thank you for doing what you do.

I just can't fathom cooking beans without soaking over night for just my family let alone cooking for a party. Every single soul in India cooks beans only after soaking. Infact until coming to US I didnt even know that they can be cooked without soaking 😮. But amazing video though ❤️

The instant pot is a game changer. And when you add seaweed to it, it really doesn’t cause gas or bloating for most people.

Great video, but...When I would host a party in my home I wouldn't want anyone to bring animal cruelty into my cruelty free home.
What is the point in hosting a party as a vegan when everyone can bring nog vegan food?

Sorry but I've got to downvote this video because you're advising sponsorship of sitting at a table with a corpse upon it who was murdered violently while others desecrate their body.
    That's something I can never support. 👎
