No, Netflix works with IP addresses. You need VPN for your purpose
@@concentrates rubbish. VPN works with Netflix. But it has to be good VPN. I have NordVPN and it works. Occasionally it gives me an error (but it really does not happen very often), and I just switch off and on the VPN, and reload the web page.
I bought NordVPN through cashback page (HotUKDeals often have them) and I got it for 24 (+2) months for £27 (after cashback refunded it to me in a few months), £79 before cashback.
So, while other vpn struggle with Netflix, NordVPN works just fine.

Can someone please confirm if this app will work for enabling the ECG on Apple Watch in unsupported locations before we buy it? Changing the location in the settings only won't work since the Health App actually checks the iPhone's location when you want to enable ECG, so can this help in that case?

So I actually tried it and it doesn’t work for enabling ECG, i also opened a support ticket with the provider and they confirmed that it’s not supported :(
