This video is a waste of time. You cannot turn off your location on iPhone. Even if your phone is off, iPhone still communicates with cell towers and servers and your location can be tracked.
It’s for people that want to hide their location from other people that have access to their location such as family members, not people that want to hide their location from the entire world.

You don't understand, my parents are obsessed with making sure the only places i go are home and college. Their hobby is to track me at all times. I cant hang out with anyone or, yknow, have a life outside of my parents without them questioning everything about it and straight up stopping me because "safety" or whatever.

@@carloswick1 yes it works you just gotta make sure you keep ur airplane mode on wherever you go. Don’t turn it off until you reached whatever destination ur parents think you’re at

First of all, turn on airplane mode, then turn off location services while airplane mode it off. It can’t notify them you turned it off since airplane mode was off. Turn airplane back off so phone will work. Do same sequence in reverse when you want it back on.

Freezing your location can prevent others from seeing your real-time location updates, but it depends on the app you're using. If you're using Find My, for example, it won't show live updates while location sharing is paused.

Only the location of the phone is shared. If someone steals your phone, their location is shared. They can turn off location if they can log into your phone and iCloud, but you can also lock your phone remotely if your phone gets stolen.
@@TrevorNace thanks for letting me know! I have made snother shortcut that, when you want to go to the Find My App it needs your code, there’s obviously a way to turn it off but it will take a little bit longer. Thanks!

I have watched so many videos. I don’t know if I’m not wording it correctly. My job keeps accusing me of leaving. I am a manager and run to schools so I have to leave but because the ones who are seeing it happen, do not understand where I go and why I go is there a way to keep my phone tracking me Places and times that will stay on a record
I would use Google Maps. Open Google Maps > Profile > Timeline. Ensure that Location History is turned on. You can manage this in Settings > Personal content > Location History.
There’s a monthly subscription through Life360 that shows history I think
