It's better than my CT, better than the current UX and NX, and maintenance and most importantly INSURANCE, will be stupidly cheaper on this than a Lexus counterpart. Oh, and you get the storage of a highlander without the extra height and bloatyness. It's definitely a win. It's a Lexus UX and NX killer, but not exactly an RX killer

It should have been a Lexus in order to justify the price! Who is willing to pay 50K plus for a Toyota?!?! At that price point why not go full luxury? Like Lexus, Acura, Infinity, heck! Even Audi, or BMW or Other? Explain that to me
What a ripoff to include worthless paint sealant and other items on the window sticker. I know that Toyota is different than other manufacturers where you have in this case Gulfstates Toyota as a middleman. Here in Wisconsin they all come through a middleman as well.
@ Rip off. I worked in the automotive industry for 44 years. Paint sealant and fabric protection are the modern day equivalent of snake oil. My last 24 years of working was as an estimator/general manager of an auto collision center. We repaired several late model vehicles where the customer insisted on having their paint sealant replaced on the repainted panels. In earlier years we could just buy the product and apply it ourselves. In later years the vehicle had to go back to the selling dealer. I remember a Jeep Renegade where the customer insisted that the paint sealant be reapplied. I called the dealer and the sales manager laughed at me. When I took the vehicle to them I was told that it’s pure profit for the dealer. It has no value. By Gulf States Toyota including this on the window sticker, they are part of the issue.

It just a Wagon with heavy price tag. Fancy looking metal origami but old NiMH battery tech in it. How deceptive!
I do not get the hate people have towards wagons but to each their own

To answer your first question look at what people are paying for a Tacoma TRD pro.
I would have bought this if only it used Toyota's new 5th generation hybrid like it does in the new Camry.
Good point tho these are very different cars on the inside.

I just wish that when buying a vehicle you didn’t have to feel like you getting something shoved you know where.

It’s an acura killer actually. More tech, more luxury, more mpg
Interesting, I have not been in an Acura but I can see where you getting at.
It’s too long for parking in the city, the mpg is disappointing for a hybrid, I don’t like the back, pricey.
This is the description of every SUV tbh
@ I take back what I said about the mpg, mid 30s is pretty good.
0.5 inches longer than the 2025 toyota camry
