Since you've seen so many people with rounded shoulders, have you seen about the same amount of people with forward neck posture too? I've seen that quite a bit on chiropractors videos on RUclips with it becoming a big epidemic
I have rounded shoulders genetically. So does my mom, will these workouts retrain my muscles to become normal, even tho they never were normal beforehand?
I commented on a different video about this but I noticed you use your fingertips a lot in your massages. Is this safe and comfortable? I tried it with a client (reinforced with the other hand) but I felt it put too much pressure on my finger joints. What's your thoughts on this?
sionv2009 I actually don't use my fingers a lot, Im much more forearms/elbows but sometimes its necessary. Its fine to do when stacking joints, but never do it if its hurting you. Good vid topic
