Sentinel Automatic Antenna Tracker Build and Test.

For years I have wanted an antenna tracker but its always been cost prohibitive having to buy another board to fit into all the planes to send the signal. This unit uses no additional hardware at all and gets it positional information direct from the OSD Telemetry stream.
