Hey! Thank you so much. It really depends what you’re trying to achieve. If it’s cardio fitness then I recommend including some higher intensity cardio training as well. If it’s simply body toning and strength then 20 minutes per day is plenty. Just listen to your body, you don’t want training to be too easy but also make sure it’s something you’re able to complete with good quality reps and form. That’s the key. As you progress and get fitter/stronger etc you will need to modify your training to suit your body’s new demands.
