Hey Doc, I know you’re super busy with a full time job and super investing side gig but I feel like with your (probably) worlds biggest collection of half shoes, a special April fools or whenever episode where you sort of Frankenstein two halves together and give us your thoughts would be super unique, interesting and funny. Granted, I don’t know how you’d be able to connect two halves of a performance shoe and end up with a good performing shoe in the end. I remember seeing your outsole swap video and just seeing your boxes of cut shoes in your last video really made me think a bit. Love the reviews and the new setup looks really cool!
I have the Navy Colorway. Shoe I've had. I have GT Cut 1, GT Cut 3, Sabrina 2, WOW 10, WOW 11, Curry 8 to 11, ANTA KT Models, LiRen 4 v2, AE1, LeBron NXXT Gen, LeBron 20, LeBron 21, Jordan 34 to 39, and many many more. The Curry 12 is something else. Something about this shoe just feels right on the court.
What have been your favorite? Im a small forward so im kinda looking for an all around shoe, more on the bouncy side. I ordered the wow 10 low but have been interested in picking up 1 more. I have became interested in almost everything you listed, mainly the anta kt models, liren 4 v2, jordan 36, and anta kai 1 (which i dont know if you have). If you could recommend one and/or tell me your favorites it would be very helpful.
Great review! Quite different from the other curry shoes. Would you be able to review metarise 2? Its a volleyball shoe but i have seen people use it for basketball saying its better tham wow10s. Apparently, asics used all their most advanced technology on that shoe. Thanks so much for everything you do for the shoe community 🙏

wish they would have more color on the base/bottom instead of white. I have the Curry 11 colab with Brandon Jennings Tuff Crowd, the black with red and love the black bottom and sole. a red base or blue base would pop better and not look like old folks home shoes lmao
Could you possibly find and test the Nike zoom hyperset 2, it’s a hyperdunk-ish shoe as it resembles hyperdunk x with the midsole, it’s a volleyball/basketball shoe
Sounds like bball is a better cushion and stability combination.? Tennis is a lot more movement, lighter,more breathable shoes, sacrifices a little less material/cushion? CG1 probably as good as it gets or Way of Wade.
anyone experience any “heel slippage?”… I wore the 12s twice, & had it. not liking it. curry 9 are my favs, due to it feeling like a running shoe & it keeps me on my toes.

Stop…curry had 2 great games. The team was in trouble against Serbia but Curry kept them in the game so KD and LeBron can close it out with a couple of key plays. Booker was also a major key so stop trying to act like LeBron carried them and Curry 2 great performances was small.
I said it before but i guess it needs to be brought up again.... Energy return (bounce height) and shock absorption are not necessarily correlated.... Apparently you are getting more serious about shoe testing ( with your newly built lab). Why not get something like SATRA STM 479 for testing of shock absorption ...

Yep. My friend bought the 11’s and they only lasted 2 months, then bought the Curry 4 Flotro and they only lasted two months. It’s crazy that people keep buying these and that Under Armour keeps making them

@@teachingwealth425 I can’t comment on that. I don’t play on dusty courts. All the courts I hoop on are well cared for and cleaned daily

Tennis shoes are, with some exceptions much more laterally stable in my experience than most basketball shoes
