BEST REVIEW OF A SHOE PERIOD! Proof is in the fact that the shoes themselves are possibly the best basketball specific shoe in the world, I just bought a pair barely used $150 after shipping and haven't ever worn them yet but I just know their going to be outstanding. For reference I'm a gaurd with wide flat feet size 12. I've worn curry 3z5, KD 7-12-13-14, Kyrie 2-6-7, ETC. They were all similar in terms of grip only lasting half a season, bottom midsole piercing sensation, bulky on foot besides kyrie but it rolled alot, not one shoe I've ever used so far has had good stability. This will be my best quality shoe purchase, so I will update you'll and lyk.
I'd love to see a comparison of the similarties and differences of the 4 carbon core Li-Ning shoes that I'm aware of - WOW11, Yushuai 18 Ultra, JB 2, and Gamma.

Great review and very happy to hear how good these sound. However, I'm not a huge fan visually so I'm waiting for the perfect colorway or possibly the low version. Saves me some money...at least in the short term. 😂

Just got my pair in the „team no sleep“ colorway. I completely agree on everything from the review besides the grip. Soles are a dustmagnet and pretty slippery on that colorway. Such a bummer. Besides that a almost perfect shoe for me.

Please do a review on the new knit uppers in the “White hot” colorway cause if it’s good breathable I think it’s better than the non breathable leather , it’s expensive shoe so I need to know before buying.
For me who has sprained one to many ankles I’m glad I went with the way of wade ten for the tighter ankle fit. Also I mean look good play good I love the hall of fame color way on the wow10

I purchased these based on this review. I do have a wider foot and have been wearing the KD14s for the last few years. I’ve now played ball 3 times with these and not sure how I feel about them. The skin on a couple areas around my ankle rubbed off and my pinky toes are red. I can play through it, but is this because they need to break in?
I like the idea of this shoe being a mix of the 808 and the wade 10. The 808 3 regular is the first shoe for me since the kobe 11 that let my feet be feet.

Looks to me like a somewhat understated WOW version of the first-gen LeBron 21s, with that solid panel, albeit without the blingy themed styling/iridescence, and yet inexcusably priced even higher.

It can't be stated enough...you really need to break in these shoes...took them out on the court for the first time for a bball workout and didn't have a good time. I have medium width feet and for some reason the lateral side of the left shoe was hurting me. However, by the end of the day, it stopped hurting. These shoes are tough...seems like the more you punish them, the better they get.
Tommy Liu said if I went half size up on WOW 10, go TTS on these…. Last year you said TTS but I had to go .5 up with the 10’s. Bunion/wide foot but not sure if 2E. What would your guess be for me on the WOW 11?

A bit of a commentary, mainly from observing your channel and Guogedismantling (a Chinese hoop shoes dismantling channel) - Both these and the Yushuai 18 Ultra shared the same backbone that is the 8-shaped carbon fiber shank sandwiched between the Boom foam. Yushuai 18 Regular and Liren 4 (both V1 and V2) got the same shaped shank but made of hard plastic to cut off some cost. These 4 are meant to be the flagships of Li-Ning current lineup alongside the Gammas, which got like an ultra wide carbon fiber shank/lateral claw hybrid a la the Don Issue 4 and the knit upper of their top badminton shoes, the Saga Pro II Max + the JB2 - Related to that, all these 4 used GCU thin rubber instead of the TUFF RB rubber which got harder durometer. Therefore it seems that they're going to reserve the Boom outdoor lineup to both All City and Fission, which is a shame since I kinda wanted that All City bounce but for wide n flat footers.
Another solid release from WoW and Li-ning. Only problem though is it's too damn expensive. They are just not affordable even here in Asia which hovers to around 200-220$ and hardly go on sale. As much as I want to get these it kinda feels criminal when you think there are still good alternatives out there for far cheaper. Anyways, great review as always!
Hi Zach, I just got a pair of WoW11 I have some gameday pro insoles from my AC9v2 would it be advised to move the insoles to the WoW11s or keep with the original insoles? I guess my question is do they need them? I've only gotten to play maybe 4 pickup games in them so far.
How does the fit length wise in comparison to the wade flash. The flash was the first size 13 I’ve had that felt so small. Only used them once and new they were way to small. Don’t know whether to buy a 13 of the wow 11 or a 13.5?
Traction was horrible on dust. Kept having to wipe every other play. Also hot spots on the left lateral upper of the shoe due to some flawed stitching. None on the right shoe. Top down view is clownish. Impact protection seems more consistent throughout the shoe but not as bouncy as the 10s in the forefoot. 11s don’t feel nimble but it’s hard to say when you’re distracted by irritating hotspots. I’m hoping that relapse a mesh version like the AC 12 Encore with GCU outsole. These GCU outsoles are made for clean courts. One week in I still like the 10 lows way better.
I love watching your videos as when I need new shoes for volleyball shoes I can find out which ones are best for me. If possible could you test out the way of wade shadow 5 V2 as I think it has been released online 🙏🙏🙏

For toe joint protection, is it generally better to go for one of those shoes with a carbon plate insert, or one that fits better like a glove and then put a carbon fiber orthotic in it?
Just got my WOW 11 Overtown, insane that they come individually wrapped in a bag. Just pushing off my weight forward jumping with these is absurd, they’re nowhere near broken in. These things LUNGE you forward. Ugh this is 1 of those shoes unfortunately im going to have to buy at least 2 more pairs & put 1 away for the future because they’re unbelievable. Shoes like these that have literally everything just don’t come around very often. I can’t think of a single weak point for these, other than the tread depth not being able to go outdoors, they’re too nice for that anyway.
Seeing them being cut in half is sooo painful I want to upgrade to these so bad instead of my Giannis immortality’s but I can’t afford them anytime soon 😢
Was going to buy the WOW 10’s since I like the current color ways available but then saw this and now I might just wait for the 11. The 10’s had a 5 mm drop per the website, is it the same for these ?

The outsole of Wow 11 is similar to Anta Kai 1, Very Soft but Super Durable, They Cook some good Stuffs this year 👌😩

Great thing is the 808 series has comparable (sometimes I think better for MY style of play) performance and materials.

CF insoles are temperamental - if you’re going to do something directly under foot it should be under the supervision of a physician
