Thanks so much for addressing this part, what I learned about thought suppression really caught me off my guard since that's not the real solution at all, can you make a topic on how to stop thought suppressing a thought and so on please?

My buddy once told me that a thought is just a thought or whatever

Hi Ali, I know that you do videos about ocd only, but it would be good if you would do a video about panic attacks, cause really bad ocd can develop into having panic attacks, I have that now. So i would like to hear what you can say about that.

Just a question. How do you act as if it’s not a big deal if it’s so painful to you and if your ocd is targeting your most precious loved ones? I’m trying to say oh whatever but it hurts so much so I don’t know how to not care.
Also what if your theme doesn’t really change much? Mine has been the same (different things but same topic) for years.

I'm actually scared that I might not have OCD at all. I've never seen anyone with symptoms like mine, and that makes me doubt. Initially, yes, there were the usual obsessive fears like what if I lose control and jump out of a window or kill someone close, but that quickly passed. Then, I started experiencing incredibly strange symptoms. For example, I'm very scared of scenes in movies where something happens to the eyes, and I imagine the worst thing that could happen to them. I picture an image of a blade and an eye, and then for a month, this image and the terrible sensations from it torment me. It twists me up all over. Then it passes, and a new one begins. Doesn't everyone have some kind of trigger things that are insanely unpleasant? For example, when you come out of the bathroom and just clipped your nails, and you touch something, a terrible feeling appears. So, this feeling and the memory of such images also become obsessive for me. Or yesterday, I removed the coating from my nails and found that they had become very soft, one nail even bent backwards, it insanely triggered me, I didn't attach any importance to it but the next morning, I woke up with a frenzy of thoughts and this image has been haunting me all day, squeezing everything inside me so much, it's that unpleasant. Reading all this, I realize how absurd these symptoms are, and I force myself to believe that this is OCD. But I've never read about similar symptoms in others, so my doubts are super high.

This is OCD. In your case the theme of the OCD keeps on changing quickly. I would suggest watching videos of Ali about how the ocd switch thought between different themes.

I had this hun. We all have. It's a part of the healing process. Your brain tries to trick you to think you want it because you told it I don't want it. Deep down you know you don't want it and ocd said ok let me help you and bla bla but it's not real we all had it. It's our brain scaring us which sucks but we can beat it

Ocd changes so quick. I always thought I was nice guy and then this happened to me. It's uncomfortable it's weird but be strong love. I've had the worst thoughts crazy nasty thoughts that made me cry but it's not us. Its ocd.
