Hii Ali , as you said in your recovery video i have started to not to feed the ocd thought and not do any ritual, i am somewhat doing it properly but after sometime when i go to the same place(for example not to touch/check the doar)or i am sitting some where else the ocd thoughts started getting into my head that you didnt do that ritual so now what if something bad happens...like these kind of thoughts, after ignoring the thoughts they still keep coming in to my mind....and increase my anxiety plz tell me what should i do?
I can say as a client of Ali that she knows what she’s talking about. I feel a lot better. She’s teaching how to really get better through rumination focused erp rather than traditional habituation focused erp which in my opinion is not very effective.
Please make video of perfection ocd. I had an issue with my career in past , due to that i m being obsessed that same kind of issue will not repeat in future I.e i am trying to be perfect on that aspect. How to cope up with it. Pls help ☺
@@nikita2841 why wouldn't it work? I don't have sensorimotor ocd but it seems like it's easy to track. Every time the person is ruminating about their body mechanism is the right time to track it. If I think about my breathing by 5 minutes I just track it. It won't quit ocd ofc. Is just a tool. But I think it helps if the patient is setting a time goal every day, and makes the hard work to reduce their time goal, from 50 minutes to 10 minutes for example. Is all about hard work I guess
Guys, listen to Ali. She knows what she's doing and truly wants to help us all. 💗

Ali, does the tracking method you describe also work for sensorimotor OCD?
Yes, do what she is saying without much worrying... It works.. U will see when u dont ruminate u will not get enormous amount of anxiety.
I was wrong... It doesn't work
