Argy Bargy is just a GREAT album!
every song is good which is rare...these guys were the shit back then
Major talents. I mean genius level.
Had I been my mothers first born (1960) baby....I would of married Glenn. I'm so in love with him and at 60 - he's still a fox
You'll have to fight me for him :)
I think there would be a queue...
Join the queue lol
Sorry, but he's all mine 😄
@@TheNancypoo I'll fight you for him 😂
Sitting here New Years Day 2020...this was 40 years ago...still great
What an amazing example of a band at their best. 41 years since I started listening to them, and I love their music even more now.
Amazing what jewels quarantine helps a fan find🎵💕
Rock gods.
The best version of Squeeze.
Something to be said about Keith Wilkinson's bass and Paul Carrack also though...
Agreed - Live is always best
@1971 Zozo Sorry sir.... Keith "the Sword" Wilkinson holds that honor.....
@1971 Zozo ...I know everything about SQUEEZE
@1971 Zozo Different styles.... vocally Carrack but chops on the keys....Holland..
As great as East Side Story Is, Argybargy was my introduction to Squeeze and it has remained my fave Squeeze album of them all.
Take me back please!
Amen
Please, please, please send me a time machine so I can be there! 🙆
That's a killer version of "There at the Top"
There at the Top is a real gem. Squeeze was at its best writing about women on the go.
Lyrically you are spot on, plus now that I’m older I recognize how much the music is influenced by Motown.
How did he remember those lyrics without a teleprompter.
Saw them the first time in 79.
