I started using this three times a week on my 75 year old skin a month ago. After 10 minutes I top it with Josh Rosberg Advance Moisture Mask ( the green hard “paste” that melts when it touches your face). In the morning I just rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry. Smooth as a baby’s bottom.

I received this product in an Ipsy bag I was very sceptical because I’ve never heard of the brand, but it was amazing!. I wish I ordered back ups. everything you’re saying is exactly how I felt. I would wake up in the morning and my skin felt like it looked better than it did before I went to sleep. I have the retinal of that serum. I've been using it on my arms because i'm now on tret. I'm starting to become interested in their other product. S that was a gift. My sister was just throwing out a whole bunch of stuff and that retinol was one of them......
I've been dry and sensitive for most of my life and prone to redness (I think I might actually have rosacea on my face), but omg since getting into my late 30s my hormones are crazy. I've started getting hormonal spots around my mouth/chin and other places which I don't typically get.
You're skin is on point, girlie! That glow is GIVING! I've tried this serum & it's incredible but it does oxidize so maybe try keeping it in the fridge.

That sounds like break out in a bottle to me. I'm 46, severe acne between 11 and 26 and left with pitted scars. I can use more products now than I used to be able to but I can NEVER pay for expensive products because there's a huge risk of them breaking me out. Such a pain.
I've dealt with pitted acne scars in the past, and the best thing I did personally was retinoids and keeping my skin calm. (Adapalene is what I use specifically.) Retinoids are known to help collagen build, and I always noticed my skin heals better when it's calm. It took years, but that was what helped the most. In the meantime though, hydration can help them look less prominent until they actually start going away.
While cass hasn't talked about pitted acne scars specifically, she's talked about how chemical peels are one of the treatment options for acne scars as no over the counter product is going to help with it, she mainly talks about it as a part of her personal skincare journey

I have the Dermelect Smooth Upper Lip and Perioral treatment and it's the only thing cream or serum that's really worked! It doesn't fix them completely but the change is significant. I recently also bought a NuDerma skin wand and even though it's only been a couple weeks , using that and keeping up with the Dermelect has made a big difference!
How do I combine that with my retin-a routine?
Are there any dupes for this, cause 45 bucks for 1.5 ounces is expensive

Glycolic acid causes too much redness for me. I have very reactive skin. Cerave has a salicylic acid gel that also has lactic acid in it and it’s amazing. It reminds me of the product you’re talking about

OK yes, love this serum. I also love their retinol serum, I have rosacea, mature sensitive skin, but tolerate this retinol just fine. How would you use them? Meaning should you use these together if you can tolerate? Also, I can't figure out the % in their retinol serum. I see other retinols at 0.5,%, 1%, etc. I'd just like to know where the Dermselect retinol serum falls. thank you!

Hi Cassandra! Do you have a vegan dupe for CeraVe Hydrating Cream to Foam face wash? I tried Ceramedx foam fash wash based on (I think) one of your videos talking about that brand being a vegan replacement for CeraVe. but the formulation of this product does not feel remotely similar to that specific CeraVe wash and I really want a cruelty free option😅

So if I take some of my unflavored collagen powder, mash up cheap aspirin (not enteric coated) squeeze a lemon and a few drops of distilled water i could make my own Night serum. Only for night because Vt C in sunlight (UV light) creates long term skin blotches.
