I’ve been using the serum and neck cream for at least 7 months, three times a week…my skin looks fabulous at 68 yrs old. Fortunately on a good note, they’re about 15 mins from me on Long Island 😊
You have become my skin care encyclopedia. I ordered the Dermelect products you recently reviewed, and I am excited to try them. Some of the products arrived today, and the others arrive tomorrow. Because I am leaving for vacation in two days, I won’t start using them until I return. I have learned a lot from you, for example, you taught me how to use a derma pen. Was a little nervous to try the derma pen, but I can report that I had no problems. Every 7-10 days I do a cosmetic derma treatment with .25-.3 needles. On the 1st and 15th each month I use a derma roller for medical derma treatment using .5 needles on my more challenging areas. Happy to report my skin is looking better and I have only been working to improve it for just a few months. After watching your ZIIP video, I ordered the ZIIP Halo. It is fun and easy to use. I have high hopes for that little device. I also use Omnilux face light and neck and décolleté light. I use a NuFACE mini, a small NIRA and a Nuderma. I plan to purchase the new larger NIRA this year during Christmas sales. I am an old, girl who turned 77 in June. I never spent money or time taking care of my skin, so I have years of sun damage resulting in dark spots, wrinkles and jowls. I have a whole lot of time and a little money I can invest in this new hobby. I am curious to see how much improvement can be made to skin when someone begins this journey at my age. I have learned so much about serums and creams and how to apply them. A few months ago I began using a retinol product for the first time ever. I wanted to see how my skin would react to a retinol because it seems to be a big actor in skin improvement. I started using it once a day every other day, then slowly increased to twice a day without any adverse reaction. Taking care of my skin has become a fun new hobby. I apologize for being long winded. I just want you to know how I appreciate the many things l have learned from you. Thank you so very much for your videos.

Recently acquired the eye cream and it’s a love, love, love! I have 73yr old eyes, and I see an almost instant difference when I use it and it just seems to get better during the day. I use it under my eyes and above. The crepiness, sagging and wrinkles are reduced, the area is plumper, and I can use concealer again, yay! I’m now using the Drmtlgy eye cream at night, and the Dermalect during the day or whenever I’m going to face people. I’ve also been using the Sleep serum for over a year, and I agree with everything you said about it, another love. Thank you for your thorough reviews, much appreciated.
Thanks for recommending this brand! I’ve only tried the professional neck lift in the tube and was concerned as my skin is sensitive but I have zero issues with the formula and from day one my neck looks and feels great! Can’t wait to try other products but that neck cream will always be in my routine!

I did have the serum and the vitamin c had degraded badly. I tried to use it on my body and it was too stinky. I think I got it in an Ipsy box. Probably not a good way to promote the product as until you mentioned it, I thought the brand was crap. Now I want to try it again. I would worry about the c still a bit though. Funny, many many years ago I tried their eye cream. I SWEAR it more expensive then. Fast forward and I re-tried the brand and as far as I can tell it’s 100% the same quality, only less expensive (unless I’m remembering the price point wrong….there’s chance I was just younger and it *seemed* more expensive lol)

They used to sell a product called ‘Detoxifying Oxygen Facial Commission’ which was a dual hydrating cleanser and self-foaming energizing masque that was such a great experience to use and left me looking like I’d paid for an expensive facial afterwards (without extraction redness though). I loved it so much I’m still holding onto the empty, very nice bottle all these years later praying for it return.😂

Have you tried organic pomegranate oil for lip lines? It’s totally removed the lip lines. I’m a senior . I do eat a more plant based Mediterranean diet and use supplements. I use Levan Rose pomegranate oil. It costs so little.
I love listening to you, and that your suggestions and your associate them are clearly contagious… Needless to say your expertise is behind all that. A while ago, I purchased a few products which were recommended before during and after micro needling, and they are phenomenal since I know I can read and can see their effect by using that even without micro needling. But my question is this is it possible to create, a brief list of products that go together for one certain type of routine? Because obviously it is not possible for us to purchase everything that is hot is the newest and the newer. They are the better the all the more expensive they are. But if we have a short list of the routine, then one can create for themselves for the next month or two with the items first you apply this second you apply that third you apply that in your daily routine that would be fantastic.… thank you for your expertise for your enthusiasm. I love to listen to your videos in your suggestions you are the only one online that I have listened and I have go ahead and purchased the things that I thought were good for me from your recommendations… I haven’t got my group needling pen but I haven’t used it yet because I did not have other circumstances prevented me to applied but I’m going to use it this coming week or two and I will report on the effect nature of the skin and

Hi Penny. You have helped me so much with your videos. I have to ask , did you ever do a follow up video on your protocol of cosmetic needling for the lip lines? I have the Dr pen 8 and nano needles that I use for cosmetic. Your video used a 6 and a 12 needle. I believe you were needing everyday or other day , not sure , but I never saw a follow up to the results. You mentioned lip needling in this video, so it reminded me. Just wondering would the nano give me the same results as your 12 needle? Or do you have another suggestion. Again you are beautiful in every way. I love the Self Esteem Beauty Serum. I also apply it to my elbows and back of hands and OMGOODNESS 😊 my more mature elbows are looking sooo much better and very smooth. I have tried a few of the products in all of these and am very interested in your professional take on them . PLUS if any one hasnt heard of them maybe they will or will not try based on your very valued opinion.
I got the Dermelect Sleep Serum in an Allure Beauty Box. When I opened it the serum was totally oxidized and old. I called Allure and they said they would send me a replacement. What they sent me was a $20 lipstick in a bright fuchsia color! I am 65 years old with lips that are really thin from age. I would never use that color. One of the many reasons I quit my Allure Beauty Box subscription! The only serum that worked well that I got in their boxes was the U-Beauty Resurfacing Serum. I was able to buy a second bottle for $29 from Allure, but the retail for it is $228 so I never bought it again. It's Retin-A and 4% Hydroquinone for me now. Much better results, and I can buy them really cheaply online.
I just got some and it's yellow also. Somewhere on their website it says a yellow color is OK and doesn't affect the product... hmm, bs? I mean what's the point of ascorbic acid?

I bought my first dermelect product after I saw your product demonstration of the face lift and I had to get it, but when I went to order it I don't know what happened. I know I wasn't drinking but I ended up ordering the crease one. I was so disappointed but I wasn't not going to use it and well I can say that it feels so nice especially under makeup and my face seems much smoother! Just wondering if you have tried this one? You don’t have to refrigerate but it wouldn’t hurt- it does have ascorbic acid (vitamin c) so the darkness of the fridge would likely prolong the efficacy 😊

No, but I’d watch for irritation. The self esteem is much more than vitamin C bc of the AHA/BHA 😊 But it is the same type of C (ascorbic acid) so there is a potential for irritation 🤔
Hi Penny! I love your channel! I am just a few months away from turning 54, I am menopausal and deal with all of the effects of it. I was wondering if you have ever tried ISOMERS skin care serums? I recently started using them and really love the copper peptides serum, the glutathiosome serum, and the Vitamin C serum. However, I also use tretinoin and hydroquinone, so I am not sure how to layer these serums so that they don’t interact with each other! Can you help? Or possible do a brand review? Thanks so much!!
You don’t need them both, no. I use both- and the way that I do is twice a week at night I use the sleep serum and a couple times a week in the morning I use the neck cream. I usually use the neck cream last before SPF (to help you with the order, hopefully that helps). 💙
Sadly, my super sensitive skin will not tolerate any chemical exfoliants. I have had good luck with the Necessaire neck serum, and love their body serum layered under lotion. It's a welcome change when I make it to the bottom of the jar without developing a rash. 😊

Hi Penny. You have helped me so much with your videos. I have to ask , did you ever do a follow up video on your protocol of cosmetic needling for the lip lines? I have the Dr pen 8 and nano needles that I use for cosmetic. Your video used a 6 and a 12 needle. I believe you were needing everyday or other day , not sure , but I never saw a follow up to the results. You mentioned lip needling in this video, so it reminded me. Just wondering would the nano give me the same results as your 12 needle? Or do you have another suggestion. Again you are beautiful in every way. Thank you for what you do to help us love our skin again. Btw I’m 72 and really just learning about skin care. Never to late I guess! ❤️
I love the Self Esteem Beauty Serum. I also apply it to my elbows and back of hands and OMGOODNESS 😊 my more mature elbows are looking sooo much better and very smooth. Hi and thank you so much for all you do to keep us educated . Can you review Beauty Pie & In Your Face as well as Retrouve. I have tried a few of the products in all of these and am very interested in your professional take on them . PLUS if any one hasnt heard of them maybe they will or will not try based on your very valued opinion.
I got the Dermelect Sleep Serum in an Allure Beauty Box. When I opened it the serum was totally oxidized and old. I called Allure and they said they would send me a replacement. What they sent me was a $20 lipstick in a bright fuchsia color! I am 65 years old with lips that are really thin from age. I would never use that color. One of the many reasons I quit my Allure Beauty Box subscription!
The only serum that worked well that I got in their boxes was the U-Beauty Resurfacing Serum. I was able to buy a second bottle for $29 from Allure, but the retail for it is $228 so I never bought it again. It's Retin-A and 4% Hydroquinone for me now. Much better results, and I can buy them really cheaply online.
I just got some and it's yellow also. Somewhere on their website it says a yellow color is OK and doesn't affect the product... hmm, bs? I mean what's the point of ascorbic acid?
@vegtbull Mine was brown, and I could smell the oxidation as soon as I opened it.

I bought my first dermelect product after I saw your product demonstration of the face lift and I had to get it, but when I went to order it I don't know what happened. I know I wasn't drinking but I ended up ordering the crease one. I was so disappointed but I wasn't not going to use it and well I can say that it feels so nice especially under makeup and my face seems much smoother! Just wondering if you have tried this one? You don’t have to refrigerate but it wouldn’t hurt- it does have ascorbic acid (vitamin c) so the darkness of the fridge would likely prolong the efficacy 😊

I apply the Timeless Vit C every morning. Do you think the self esteem at night is too much Vit C?
No, but I’d watch for irritation. The self esteem is much more than vitamin C bc of the AHA/BHA 😊
But it is the same type of C (ascorbic acid) so there is a potential for irritation 🤔

Hi Penny! I love your channel! I am just a few months away from turning 54, I am menopausal and deal with all of the effects of it. I was wondering if you have ever tried ISOMERS skin care serums? I recently started using them and really love the copper peptides serum, the glutathiosome serum, and the Vitamin C serum. However, I also use tretinoin and hydroquinone, so I am not sure how to layer these serums so that they don’t interact with each other! Can you help? Or possible do a brand review? Thanks so much!!

Have you tried the Necessaire neck serum? I just bought it and have just started use and would be curious to hear your thoughts.
If you use the sleep serum, do you need the neck cream also? If so, how do you use them, one after the other or spaced out?
You don’t need them both, no.
I use both- and the way that I do is twice a week at night I use the sleep serum and a couple times a week in the morning I use the neck cream. I usually use the neck cream last before SPF (to help you with the order, hopefully that helps).

Sadly, my super sensitive skin will not tolerate any chemical exfoliants. I have had good luck with the Necessaire neck serum, and love their body serum layered under lotion. It's a welcome change when I make it to the bottom of the jar without developing a rash. 😊

Hi would you be able to recommend a good primer for my electrical face toners. I currently use FOREO bear and FOREO FAQ 02. The primers that are for the FOREO devices I feel are not the best and dry out very quick. Thankyou
