Love the hockey league content!!! Would be a lot of work with the amount of expansion/relocation but would love to see a video about the NAHL and or the FPHL

The USHL is now on par with the CHL leagues, albeit below the OHL and WHL. There needs to be further expansion out west and towards the northeast. Try again in Columbus and throw some teams from Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Boston, Philly, and Denver

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Tri-City Storm relocated to Grand Island to the Heartland Event Center. The owners of the Viareo Event Center in Kearney have year after year let the building slip and it’s easily one of the dumpiest arenas the USHL plays in despite a passionate fan base. They also haven’t stocked their pro/gift shop for nearly 3 years now. People have to find merch online from other sources or they have to buy players jerseys because they can’t get merch in the shop. There was also an article on NTV news about the Grand Island Heartland Event Center having interest from VenuWorks who manages multiple ice rinks and arenas that are home to hockey teams including the Cedar Rapids USHL team. Either the USHL is expanding to Grand Island or a move is brewing. Having a regional rivalry like Kearney vs Grand Island would put butts in seats but a relocation to GI most certainly would kill hockey interest West of Grand Island.

Ohio Jr. Bluejackets become a team because the GM had his son on the team.
    Next slide
Ohio Jr. Bluejackets fold because the GM was fired.
These are so good. Love reading the old article grabs.
