Hello, my partner is on the the temporary partner visa 820. It's coming up 2 years since we applied. Will the immigration department let us know to apply for phase 2 permanent visa 801 or provide an update? Also we are wanting to go on a holiday to visit family. If she is on the holiday overseas and during that time it is granted, will there be problems? She is anxious about not being let back in. Cheers for the video

Hello, hope you are doing good..I am applying for partner visa, and I am not sure how to answer this question. "Is this applicant related to sponsor by blood, marriage or adoption?
In my case, I am married to my partner and we were not related before marriage.
I have working holiday visa but i will have to work outside Australia for 7 months before going back. Should I apply for 309 and wait until i get granted or apply for 820 and leave to work on bridging? Or can I even do that on 820? Please advise me

Hi, I understand that the applicant must creat own immi account. But what about the sponsor how he is going to upload his form? Does the sponsor need to creat another account? How these are linked together?

The applicant needs to attach the form to their application, the sponsor can fill it and share it with the applicant.
