if you change new and good toner but still problem may be toner and connection to board problem

this problem is the cyan toner bad quality, you just need to replace a new cyan toner, i'm printer tech

I just replaced all color cartridges and yet I still have those same lines at the back of my printed paper although the front is perfectly printed. There is always yellow toner excess on the transfer belt. The transfer belt is new as well, I replaced it after the old one had tore. What is the problem?

it seems this printer has many issues that need to be address by the developed and customer/ support services is little to none.
