If downgrading is not possible, there may be two possibilities: 1. Your printer is already using this version firmware; 2. HP no longer supports firmware downgrading. If it is the first possibility, you need to find an even earlier version to downgrade or purchase a new compatible cartridge. Our engineers are still verifying the second possibility, but what we can confirm is that the firmware for HP 8025 can no longer be downloaded from the HP official website. If HP no longer publicly releases firmware downloads in the future, all firmware upgrades will be automatically downloaded by the printer, and downgrading will not be possible.
