Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
So I was thinking I should exercise just a little bit, a 20 minutes would be enough.. it turns out a little bit too tough for me 😅 But still, I always feel good afterwards Thank you amy!

I got to the gym for the first time in a year today and wanted to cry when I first got there cause I’m embarrassed at how I look now. I did this workout and yes I struggled but I pushed myself and I’m much stronger than I thought I was. Amazing workout thank you x
Thank you so much for a medium-length workout with a standing warmup! I was able to do everything, and just dropped to lighter weights on the side plank rotations in the 2nd round since my back twinged a little on the 1st round. Challenging, but doable--which I love. Thank you, Amy, and happy holidays to you and yours!
This was fun! I did the kettlebell version this morning and this one now. Definitely a heart rate push. Love the added cardio! Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! 💜
these 20 mins workouts are really good for when you don't feel like doing a long workout but still want to feel like you did a long workout with the exercise order you do them in + when you mix it up thinking "oh yep she's done right" NOPE, not done lol ❤️
