This is just me, 2012 FLHTK. I don't use water from a hose or a pressure washer. In the 12 years my bike has only had water 3 times, that was from being caught in the rain. Bags, side covers and seat come off. Air h one to blow off any dust. Two buckets of water, plenty of towels, beer and my road tunes and I clean my baby. 2-3 hours of loving care. Polish and wax. Again it's just how I do it.
