I’m an antinatalist so I’m against having kids at all. There’s no if, and or buts. Everybody who’s born has to grow up and experience reality and other people. Nobody really matters. I agree with the part when you said everybody gets their turn to suffer in life. It’s got nothing to do with age that’s just how life works, can’t argue with it.
It puzzles me every time that people who are aware of in what an awful direction the world is heading and even worry about the future generations, still wish to bring new lives here to suffer. The perfect example of this is my brother and his wife. During the past couple of days we spent together during Christmas, I heard them talking about wishing to have children soon all the damn time, all the while expressing how sorry they feel for the future kids who probably will never experience a white Christmas or play in the snow during winter because of climate change...I couldn't wrap my head around this utter nonsense.

Actually, every single reason for having children is selfish. Children don't ask to be born into this disgusting hell hole of a world. People have children because they want a mini-me, a caregiver and a legacy. It's all for personal gain which is the epitome of selfishness to me. However, adopting a child would be less selfish because you are helping a life that is already here.

I can agree, definately. Just think about it - no one will ever ask any child if he/she wants to be alive or not. No one had asked us this question before we were born. Guys, in my opinion bringing kids into this world is selfish and awfull. If you asked some people who wants to have children why they want to have them, their answers would be something like: because their are so cute and I would like to have them/they would make me feel better/everyone has a child, so I want.
How sad is the fact that lots of people make kids only to comfort themselves. Sometimes people bring kids into this awfull world also because having a typical model of family is common in lots of countries or they want to receive more money from government (it happens in my country as well). Making kids and thinking that they will solve your problems is a misunderstanding. You will never know if they want to be alive or not. A child is an another person. Your children will have to suffer on this Earth despite their will. Think twice before having kids. When I was a young girl I wanted to have kids because almost everyone have them, older people always had been saying to me that I should have children and husband when I grow up and that having your own family is the only way to become happy and satisfied. I'm so glad that I changed my mind before it's too late.
This is an American issue too, why don’t they at least try to pull out and the woman can track her cycle and abstain for those three days, it ain’t that hard people!!!! I think, having more than one child especially when you’re unable to care for them whether mentally emotionally, psychologically and/or financially should be considered child abuse.

As an antinatalist myself, I absolutely 100% agree with the video as well as the comment made by Andrew. Having a child is a huge committent that literally requires lots of responsibility, discipline and absolute dedication. I genuinely don't understand why some of these people, especially, the ones that inhabit the worst conditions on earth, where they will have greater chances of going through terrible life situations, misery, suffering or specific predicaments will have children. It is pure selfishness and stupidity. Unfortunately, these Africans and other 3rd world inhabitants make up a good percentage of selfish, ignorant natalists. The purest examples of selfish breeding natalists are the ones that have genetic diseases/illnesses, facing poverty or are mentally unstable unfit yet still choose to reproduce. Regardless of whether someone is in the right conditions to have kids, I still view the whole thing in a negative way.
There are valid legitimate reasons to not have children.
1. They are a financial burden. Bringing another FREAKING humanbeing into the world means they will be financially dependent on you until they are in their late teens or EVEN 20s.
Life is already hard enough surviving by yourself. The thought of having another human dependent on me for almost everything sounds like a nightmare. That is the magnitude of stress and hardship you inflict on yourself by having a child.
2. Raising children can be very stressful, overwhelming and challenging.
3. The world is ridiculously overpopulated which has increased more competition for earthly resources.
4.Life on earth is purely filled with pain and suffering, anyways and there is no guarantee your child will live a great life even if you are wealthy.
Even if I was convinced and persuaded to have children, The max number is 1. Not having more than one child.. NO WAY
