He’s got a fantastic set of tricks up his sleeve all in muscle memory and they just come out flawlessly to the music. Plus he’s solid as hell. A musician’s drummer.
Wow. What an amazingly creative rythym machine. His improvisations have so much flawless groove and he stays right in tempo. Did he smoke some good weed on this day? Tony Iommi would have been side-eyeing him if he improvised this much with Black Sabbath!! I love this.
@@bubby16460 That's a political pov. Really, that is a tired view too. Ok, if you really, really like technicality and are ok with a lack of melody and melodic variation then today might be great. But most of us like melody hence, we love the 60s to the 80s and 90s.

It's been a while since then, but to this day, I still have yet to hear any other percussionist in rock, come even close to the many arrays you have and rhythm rolls up and down beats, held in reserve as you put the point that crossed, according to your will that made Sabbath and Dio, who they truly are. You still hold water and I appreciate your talent and idolized your awsome get to the point reversing the music language that needed to be said!

I might come in with the guitar, but when the singer comes in, I lock it down, because they will never leave you a stray,👍 up on your answer and comment,a lot of people don't know or understand, listen to Vinny and Dio see how good they lock 🔒 in .

Tony could be hidebound alot. His riffs have been derivative since 1998. Or before.
