The Lion Guard did it poorly, they called him Askari because that was his grandfather’s name not Taka which is the original and means trash or waste, and in the books a water buffalo gave him the scar not a snake.
An interesting fact: In actual nature, the lion with the darkest mane was the one to lead the pack, so if this were accurate to reality scar would already be the king
@@alyssaheller7860actually it is true. A darker mane means the lion has more testosterone which makes him more aggressive and more territorial, and more likely to hold his ground and protect the pride. He is seen as a stronger male, so the lionesses will prefer darker maned lions.
@@alyssaheller7860yea it doesn't make them king but what I think they meant was that in nature the darker a male lions mane is the more attractive they are to a female lion and in the movie scar says that sarabi picked mufasa over him but realistically she would have picked scar no matter what
I saw the mickey in the stars and fun fact scar kept his claws out so he can always attack and animals would be threatened like the outlanders in the second lion king movie.
Scar having his claws out consistently is probably to show his aggression. Much like with lions, other big cat species, and even house cats - claws are usually only unsheathed to hunt, play, or fight.
Fun fact: When scar was younger (when he was not evil) a buffalo ran over him and hurted his paws. because of this his claws is always out as an wound that will stay there forever. Because of this his claws are not as sharp as the other lions claws
That's also how he got his scar aswell and fun fact scar was just his nickname and his actual birth name was Taka (the name taka means "trash" or "garbage")

Simba wanted to go back to the Pridelands when he wanted to take his Prideland kingdom back. people who do animation will chuckle at the thought of 45 being in the background as a note saying the frame number. For those who don't know: With animation a frame is a part of a scene- a movement most of the time people do 12fps so it'd be less than a second. No way could it be a frame note. Maybe that because simpa wasn't eating meat at all since he joined temon and pompa
