It depends on the components they use and how fast it actually cuts. You're right, if those check out, this could be a very decent buy. Maybe we'll get one soon. ;)
This is a great line up at an affordable price !!! I like the beyond DIYer goals laid out by RYOBI. I’m sure they’ve set the bar that high because according to these reviews, we’re going to see a whole lot more of them in a very near future !!! Whatcha out big fellas ( MLKEE, Dwlt, etc. )
True but their batteries are cheaper, they go on sale more often, and go higher capacity to 9AH... While Ryobi has a wider range of tools and everything is compatible from old to new...
It is interesting to see where they are headed. It sure seems to be encroaching on the Ridgid and Milwaukee market. We'll keep our finger on the pulse of TTi and see what we can find out. Thanks for watching.
The zero-turn includes onboard batteries that are included with the mower, and it charges with a standard 120V extension cord plugged directly into the mower. Thanks for watching.
I love Ryobi for hand tools but for mowers, less so. EGO made a better choice for their ZT mower, using its 56V batteries which can be swapped and run all day. As for lawn mowers, EGO is superior for the same money (at the high end). The self-propelled is useless (on both) unless you like walking about 800 meters/hour is your walking speed. If the grass is even "slightly" wet, neither does a good job - I can live with this issue. I really wanted to "want" the Ryobi ZT mower but after a two-week trial, it went back and we stuck with EGO. As for hand tools and even lots of the 40V yard tools are great and we remain "in love". As for ONE+ hand tools, we are almost "Ryobi only". I am excited about the 1/2in impact driver. The "new" 3/8in version is a toy, suitable for a child pretending to help her daddy. For all the statements about torque, this POS could not remove the axle bolt on the front wheel of my 2009 Honda Gold Wing, not even close. I let it beat on that 22mm bolt head for 3 minutes and - nothing. Returned to my local THD. Glad to see the upgraded 7 1/4in saw. I have got a lot of use out of my hobby-sized 5-incher. Post-hole digger, I will have to see to believe but I am willing to give it a shot in spring 2022 when we are building about 300 feet of picket fence. The clay and "just plain rock" here in northern CO might be a problem for it. Sometimes people disrespect Ryobi just "because" w/o any experience. My life-long GC friend claims he would do it by hand rather than buy Ryobi. Just silly. I appreciate the assembly in the U.S.A. from global components. There is really only one economy and it is global. I really like your "intro videos". Nice work.
That's very true. :) It actually looks like it could be a pretty good buy, when comparing like mowers, depending on which components they're using. We'll see if we can get one in for review.
The angle grinder is one of the worst designed tools, I just returned one. The battery hangs down so far you cannot lay the tool flat on a large surface. Look at every other battery powered grinder, the battery is up and out of the way to avoid this. Big fail by Ryobi, I was very excited to buy this tool.
Bought a Ryobi drill for $100 used it for 5 minutes probably less, put it away for a year, both batteries were shot and unchangeable. Ryobi support told me that "it sucks to be you". I will never buy a Ryobi product and neither should you. Absolutely terrible company.
I can’t wait to see the 1/2” impact wrench test. Your impact tests are awesome!
Maybe it's already in the shop being tested....maybe.😉
Only interested once it's on sale might as well go with milwaukee for that msrp
@@ericl3272 Not if you already have batteries for Ryobi.
I am super pumped for these! I'm really going for the new 1/2 impact wrench for sure. Thanks for the information!
You bet! We're already testing the new 1/2" impact.😉
Nice that they did the auger. Hope they bring the outdoor surface scrubber to the us.
Yes, the auger is a great tool addition. Thanks for watching.
Wow beautiful!!!
Thank you! 😊
You are growing so fast Tim!
I appreciate it, we're working hard. Thanks for watching.
If the zero turn run time is what they say it is, that price is a super good price for a mower like that.
It depends on the components they use and how fast it actually cuts. You're right, if those check out, this could be a very decent buy. Maybe we'll get one soon. ;)
Just curious if you have heard if Ryobi will come out with a solar charger for their power station?

We shall see very soon. Thanks for watching.
Tti own ryobi, ridgid and Milwaukee they are the same company
You need to correct your price given for the 40 V brushless string trimmer, the visual showed $229, and you stated $329. Otherwise, nice review!
RYOBI is moving a little up market. Its hard to justify buying a ryobi when they are within $10-$15 of a makita
True but their batteries are cheaper, they go on sale more often, and go higher capacity to 9AH... While Ryobi has a wider range of tools and everything is compatible from old to new...

Did they make an HP 3/8in impact driver? I can’t find it anywhere online.
Not that I know of yet, but probably soon. Thanks for watching.
What type and how many batteries does the zero turn need?
The zero-turn includes onboard batteries that are included with the mower, and it charges with a standard 120V extension cord plugged directly into the mower. Thanks for watching.
The greyed out drill it’s ryobi is comparing it against is the craftsman brushless model.
That's correct.
Lol on the zero turn mower
If you're listening ryobi I'd love a 40v tracksaw and massive depth of cut circular saw
The 40 volt, self propelled lawn mower, just dropped $50, to $499., at Home Depot.
That's a great deal. Thanks for watching.
i just bought the current brushless impact and drill few weeks ago. :(
Oops, I'm sure they will work well for you. Thanks for watching.
That 40 Volt Mower Needs A 9 Amp Battery
More than a 1/2 acre of cutting with the 2x 6Ah.

Lol:
“I paid 5,000 usd for this Ryobi tool.”
It looks like a nice lawnmower but saying that out of context sounds pretty funny.
That's very true. :) It actually looks like it could be a pretty good buy, when comparing like mowers, depending on which components they're using. We'll see if we can get one in for review.
hole digger aint bad wish milwaukee would make one
Yes, looking forward to testing that Auger. Thanks for watching.
Only one expand-it attachment !
As far as we know, yes, only the expand-it accessories. Others may fit, but we're not sure about it. Thanks for watching.
That Would Be Good To Take Ice Fishing.
That Thing Would Sure Drill Holes In The Ice.
That would be cool
I only care about the multi tool, quick release blade change.... but the left handed circular saw, not so much. Maybe the hammer drill, for sure
Did anyone else cringe @ 55 second mark watching that hole be drilled TOTALLY not straight
Yes, I did. I also like the guys mowing lawns in jeans and suede shoes. Thanks for watching.
At my young age, I wouldn't buy a self-propelled mower, prefer to save power for just cutting time.
Not a bad choice. Thanks for watching.
nice 0 turn
Yes, that should be interesting. Thanks for watching.
Made in USA, something which I will definitely avoid.
Ffs thought you were testing the tools yourself. Just talking bollocks.

Definitely a great choice for that. Thanks for watching.
That 40 Volt Mower Needs A 9 Amp Battery
We just reviewed the 40V mower with the 2x 6Ah batteries. It cut 1/2 acre. Thanks for watching.
