I started playing football at 14 I always wanted to I seen one of your videos about a year ago and I think it really helped my development I started as a striker and moved to cb now and am in pre season training for a collage academy that trains at Liverpool old training ground melwood in liverpool (I'm a man u fan 😭 ) its pretty amazing and I think u was a good help I sometimes don't have the motivation to do stuff mainly bc I think I won't make it pro due to starting at a late age but anythings possible I'm 16 now and I was blessed with my genetics (6ft 1 naturally well build and very strong weigh over 15 stone despite being thin and can run 100m sprint in 11 seconds without sprint training) for a center half and I love ur content man u really give me the motivation along with the fact I have a chance with my lucky rare genetics and u help me push on with my training and wanting to improve my game thank u man ❤❤

Train in the roads if available or pitch is good but if it's not available it's okay or you train in the neighborhood just find a way bro there must me a way or just you can do what you think it's use ful at your home at max intensity and be consistent and you will get results
