I bought a W212 Facelift E63s black on black like yours but sedan, with the carbon fiber interior package, only 15k miles CPO when i got it. It's an amazing fucking car, on straight stock you can take most cars, never have a problem with traction on a launch. The exhaust notes are really depressed, and any honda with an exhaust will sound better unfortunately you need to do a lot of work to make it noisy (Mbenz really wanted to make this a family car). I took it to a local track, and even had an instructor push the car, it can handle like any other more agile car, it's a little rougher, but you can throw it through corners confidently. You definitely feel the AWD when leaving corners. I'll be honest though make sure to get warranty on an older version like this. I got it in September, and in 4 months (6k miles) ive had to replace the front speaker, the front control arms, components of the Airbag suspension, retorque the panorama roof (not covered), reprogram the trunk (it kept opening up randomly when parked), had a few recalls in the rack and pinion area, new alignments, another annoying part of owning the car, if you drive it like you stole it everyday like I do, you're going to have to put a quartz of engine oil every 4 to 7 days (they say 1000 miles) but for me it's more like 400-500. I tried to see if it was some leakage, but could not confirm. The tire pressure monitor is always bugging out too. Overall this 5,300lbs packing 577 HP and 590 Torque really makes you giggle.
