You will need a CPC and TCU tune. HUGE difference with an ECU tune just did it on my C63S. Would recommend PTG to do all your tuning since they focus on AMG's specifically. Let me know if you want me to connect you
Personally i think golden wheels are a bit much with gray body black accents chrome trim red calipers etc. Lowering was a good move tho

you need a cpc and tcu tune on it. cpc is locking the torque thats why you get inconsistent launches :)

Leave the chrome door handles but get that rear trim wrapped in black. If it still had the chrome badges it would work but now with black badges the trim needs to be black

Keep it up with this transformation content! MO POWA. Tune the TCU, that will make a massive difference in torque delivery, up the clamping force on the clutches, shift times will improve and get you into the 10's easily.

hte car looks like a beast now.... awesome transformation. hope you sort out the transmission issues, cause it should atleast do high 10's. also not sure how much of a difference it would make but a proper burn out before any launch should make the tyres way stickier and reduce spin on launch.
Tim, do a muffler delete and weld in straight pipes. Did it on mine and it sounds amazing 100% of the time. The exhaust valve actuators will fail in stock mufflers at some point

Hello from Sweden i have a e63s wagon 2019 with a stage 1 tune running about 700hp, you should try to launch it in race mode instead i did 2,9sec 0-100kmh (62mph)
Race mode is brutal on that thing

MCT in this and current and last gen C63 adapts to driving style. As counter intuative as it sounds its probably best to keep ripping it and driving like an ass and let the transmission adjust timings and clamping pressures itself, it will adjust.
Ya that's good point about the adaptation. He'll need to reset the TCM adaptation if he hasn't done it already.
First lower the back tire pressure for better grip.see if skips because it sounded like it skipped.
