Just ordered a CB650R '22. Before making my decision, I checked quite many reviews and videos. Big thanks for the informative videos and honest opinions!
Thanks! I've also reviewed the new model CB650R, if you want to check it out. 👍
Just bought one of these for my first bike. Amazing machine. Thanks for helping me choose.
What do you think of the power for a first bike? I'm in the market for my first bike as well.
@@mohammedrahman3447 I started on a 300 and upgraded to this bike after 6 months. I'm very glad I started on a 300 because even though this bike can be very friendly and gentle in the lower RPMs, it's very heavy and the suspension is very hard. I think I would have been in over my head if I got this as my first. Cheers
Mike CS how did u go about selling your first bike to upgrade? Was that a quick and easy sell?
@@Uferizer I bought the Rebel 300 used for $3,800 and traded it into the dealer for a loss for $2,500. However its a popular bike and I had offers on Craigslist for $3800 (so I technically could have owned it for 6 months for free haha) but I didn't want the hassle of a private sale. Dealer just took $2500 off the CB And I walked out
I didn't like the look at first but I admit it is growing on me. The bike looks fun, straight up. My only issue is the mirror's look like some kind of insect. It must be a good bike if this the bike you choose with all the many options out there. Yeah man you can't go wrong with a Honda
CBR 650R for me in red one
Black for me but both amazing looking bikes if that horrible rear reg plate holder is removed INSTANTLY.
@@P.M.C.44 You will regret that if it rains
Just ordered a Red CB650R today. Partly based on these excellent reviews and some refresher sessions I've had over the past weeks. Living in Berkshire I'm close to where you've filmed these test rides. Nice work Dan.
Thanks Steve, enjoy the bike. 👍
absolutley beautiful bike and your opinion was spot on...I started looking at the CBR650r but couldnt get the look of the CB650r out of my brain think ill get mine in the gloss black! gr8 review :)
Just brought one in red after watching your review as an incentive to pass my test ,can’t wait to get on it and off my little 125
I’m on RUclips a lot & your bike videos are my favourite! Good man!!
I just bought the red one here in the states and yes I love it. Really good ergonomics. But that engine. Whoosh!
Glad you're enjoying it. Fantastic bike.
CBR650R looks sporty and beautiful like the FireBlade but can see the practical sense and comfort of riding the CB650R everyday and it is a good looking motorbike in that deep red.
great quality on the content, I was thrown off when you mentiones subs cause I really would've guessed you had thousands and thousands of subs.
keep up the good content and I'm sure you'll grow!
Thanks Pedro, very kind of you. I've never really obsessed about numbers because I just enjoy making content. I appreciate the support.
I ride long distances at triple digit speeds so fairings are important to me. So the CBR will be mine next year. Don't want to finance it at 11% Roi since it will cost about $14k USD here. Rather just save another year and buy it all cash. Also you can buy a seat cowl for the bike that changes the rear end totally even on the CBR
Im not sure but I think this might be the first time Im seeing your videos. Have to say your's is the first I've seen in the Denim Blue and it looks (much) different in realistic conditions as opposed to the polished pics of the website and configurator. Very nice bike man! Congratulations! Subscribing to your channel because this bike has been on the top of my radar since they unveiled it. Again very happy for you and thank you for sharing and thank you for buying this bike lol! Big Cheers! Be safe and have fun!
Thank you kindly! It looks so awesome in sunrise/sunset conditions.
This bike is like a super sport with looks without the fairings and comfortable for daily riding
Congrats!!!! Beautiful bike!!!
Although I would have chosen the CBR instead.... its front is really nice
The front is stunning on the CBR! Thanks!
they are both stunning but I would get the cbr in matte black
I spat out my drink with that little segment at the end. Notes, bumpy road and poo. Is not a good time, specially when amplified by a stiff suspension! 😂
Congrats on the new bike, I got my cb500f last August and I absolutely love it. But I am already planning my upgrade and this bike is on the list
Hi bikerdan! I’m a current subscriber watching your Motoveiga love the cb 650r I myself I’m trying to make my mind on a purchase myself! When it comes to exhaust there is a Portuguese house where he does exactly the same exhaust you have but with a grunt of a blackwidow or a akrapovic the name of the exhaust house is “escapes escorpião “from Vila do Conde in the Porto region in Portugal have a look you’ll be amazed on the craftsmanship put into it without changing anything from this beautiful piece of work that this cb is .
Congrats on the channel keep up the good work from your Portuguese in Portugal subscriber cheers
Just bought one too. Pick it up this week ...lovely!!
How is it for a pillion? How is it for cleaning? Do you think a top box would spoil it it? Do you think a centre stand would be helpful? Cheers. Pete
Hello from Aus 🇦🇺 just checked this bike out at my local dealer today and fell in love, definitely be looking at getting one this year, looking forward to your full review.
You chose correctly, I too feel the same way regarding the rear, gorgeous bike, gorgeous colour! Ride safe 👌🏻
I would repaint the tank with the same color the wheels and engine has. Still a beautiful bike regardless of what color you throw on. Congrats on owning one! I still have investment to do before I can claim ownership to one. Looking forward for some great future videos of it. Ride safe.
Not sure how I missed this but thank you. 👍
Nice choice,Dan. It looks lovely and I think the blue complements the whole bike. I see what you mean about the tail. Be nice in they did a half way house tail tidy. In fact, my 2015 CB500F has got the tail perfect, IMO. Not too long but, stubby and utilitarian. I put a Scorpion can on mine and it sounds very nice. Not sure if they have a good rep but I certainly would recommend you have a look, if they do a whole system for yours. Nothing like getting a new bike. Enjoy.
Thank you, it just looks so lovely in the satin finish. Hope it ages well! All the best.
Lovely bike! Looking forward to the review and why the MT is no more
Me too because power is a little more, but same 0-60 and 1/4 as the Mt
w8 in march this year you had +- 400 subs ; and now almost 11k ! Damm nice work Dan , keep up the good work ! cheers
Mad isn't it! Cheers Fred!
Pick my CB650R up tomorrow, cant wait
Great video! Thanks for the info. Not many videos on this bike, especially in English, and yours is by far the best. Cannot wait for more videos on this bike as I’ve just purchased one in the US and am awaiting delivery in April. Would love to chat you up about it so,e time. Thanks!
Hey Andrew, thank you so much. Hit me up on email and we can discuss. Enjoy your bike! Dan
Hi Dan.
I live in the same area as you and wanted to ask which dealer do you get your bikes from?
I haven't spotted you riding your bike around yet. Hopefully will do at some point.
What you had almost 400 subs when i watched this video?! and now you have 23.4k... congrats Dan i think you really deserve it! :)
Thank you. It's just a number though and I try not to get too hung up on it. I just hope you all enjoy my videos still. :)
@@Englishbikerdan I still do, watched every one of them! :D The fact that you don't ignore the comments is a big plus for me, also love the quality of the videos and the honest opinions!
@@benkesallai I try to like and comment but sometimes there's quite a few. Thanks for watching my videos!
Really clear recording at 60mph, no wind noise, what helmet where you wearing?
Thanks Jim, Shark D-Skwal. 👍
Hi Dan, If CB650R CB1000R, which one you will recommend & why, Thank's.
Hi, all down to personal preference I think. Depends what you want, what your budget it etc.
Such a lovely bike. I've seen it here but we only have the red glossy color available. That blue finish is so gorgeous compared to the other colors available out there. The stock pipe sounds great. And it's a Honda.
Looks great on blue and I'm thinking about getting a new one in the same colour. Does the instrument panel have the option to change mph to km/h?
It certainly does.
@@Englishbikerdan thanks for the reply! I usually do about 2-3 trips per year in Europe and being able to change to km/h it's a nice thing to have.
My dream bike for sure! So freakin beautifull
I had the CB650F and went to check out this new 650, fell in love with it then saw the CB1000R, with 0% I couldn't resist. But still love the look!
The CB1000R is stunning. I'd love one but had to be a little sensible......this time! Enjoy your new bike!
@@Englishbikerdan tbh if the 650 was 0% I would have been very tempted, but I'm 58 this year so need to get this out of my system before going for a Cross runner and more sensible riding in 3 years time.
Congratulations for the new machine Im waiting for mine 😅. Im also looking for full systems like black widow, arrow or Austing (No Kat 😏) but need more info.. Subscribed by the way ✌
great vid mate ive got the 125 version and upgrading to this when i pass
Congrats! Were getting the cb650r in the US in April but were not getting the matt blue. I've had my eye on an mt07 but this may take its place. Looking forward to why you got rid of the yammie
MT has a great engine, just sadly let down by other factors. Thanks!
Stunning bike, currently top of my list for when I finally get the licence done! Nice video too - subscribed and look forward to the full review!
Thank you for the sub, it is very much appreciated. Good luck with your license too. EBD
Great work Dan as always. Really enjoyed the review - just expecting my CB650R any day now in Australia. It won’t be as potent as yours because I don’t yet have a full license and the model they sell here is throttle limited. But fun nonetheless. I’ll let you know how I go as I’ve bought the bike sight - unseen.
Hey Colin, hope you enjoy the bike! It's not all about throttle (ok it is a bit). 😁
@@Englishbikerdan - Got it last Saturday. The difference in torque is amazing compared to my old CB300 single. I can pull from 25kms/hr in 6th gear with ease. It is such a silky smooth engine. I bought the shiny black one because blue is not available here in Australia. But at least I can wear any colour gear, as everything goes with black! I also looked at the Ninja 650 - but that would meant wearing green only. It was a good bike but lacked the latest tech that the CB650R has e.g. instrumentation, LED lighting, traction control, slipper clutch and 4 piston stoppers. And the twin-engine is just simply not in the same league as the Honda.
Above all else, it's a great head turner. I had a guy on the replaced CBB650F comment to me on just what a difference the new headlight and other changes had made to the overall mystique of the bike.
So far , so good.
@@Strangybow Glad you're enjoying yours. I fell for the looks first and then it happened to be a great bike too! Enjoy!
sweet bike mate lovely colour...and congrats on the engagement.. looking forward to finding out the missing chapters from MT07 to brand spanking CB650R
Thank you kindly! I think there are many missing chapters to my life! :D
Just sold my Husky 701 Enduro and decided to go full on-road (70hp to 115max, preferably 4cylinders) but I still can't decide between the CB and The CBR, 6'2 (187cm) here, not even sure if I even should consider this type of bikes. I don't wanna look like a tall tool on a small bike . Any suggestions, any help would be appreciated.
I’ve sold my Gsxr600 as I figured out that I kinda need to grow up and get a friendlier everyday bike. My options are MT09, Z900, Street triple S or the CB650R. I almost sure that I want the CB650R and I plan to keep it for at least 5 years but I am worried that it may be a big power drop. I’m not fussed about power most of the time but am just wondering whether is it gonna be underpowered? Is the torque good enough?
It's very similar to a 600cc sportsbike in terms of power and power delivery. It's also a bit more usable with a pretty good midrange. It's definitely an excellent real world bike.
EnglishBikerDan that’s for sharing man! I really like hearing that. Ever ridden a mt09 or a street triple? How do they compare tho?
Don't know if you know, but you can change the brightness on the display. It shows you how in the owner's manual
Yep, already on the brightest setting. It's a digital LCD so not the brightest thing sadly.
Dan have a welder cut the can open and fit the internals as the catalytic converter will still take some of the bark of the exhaust. I did it to a yamaha diversion 600 as well as cutting half the length of the cans off. Thelma I used some 90 degree weld L's for electrical conduit on and the flow increased massively but the sound was only a little louder. You could do this with your stock muffler and none would be the wiser being you will still retain the road legal info stamped in by Honda. Congrats you bought what I'm looking to buy. I guess a low mileage Hornet 600 or 599 here in the states will do as I stepped down from big big bikes years ago cuz they are too ridiculous for the road.... oh well keep the rubber down my brother and enjoy your new work of art the Honda CB 650r peace....John C
Thanks for the info John. I'm worried I'd ruin the stock exhaust.
Love the look of this,I currently have a Grom for commuting and KTM 1290 SDR as my weekend toy but thinking of getting rid of both and having one of these for both purposes.
What winds me up is how tiny the front mudguards are on some of these type of bikes, your radiator gets full of shit in the winter months, why not make it slightly bigger to protect the radiator!
I have a fender extender on both my Grom and KTM which helps massively.
That's a very big difference in bikes you have there! I love mine but then I've never ridden a KTM 1290! Yeah, I feel they have some agreements with third party companies for the extra bits we all end up buying! Cheers!
@@Englishbikerdan my commute is all 30-40MPH so the Grom is perfect and is untouchable through traffic.
The Super Duke is a must if you ever get the chance to have a go on one, borderline insane for road riding.
Buy a new bike and spend another stack of cash on things to try and keep it in good condition and help preventing damage should things go south!
How hard would it be for manufacturing fit fork and swingarm sliders as stock and all bikes have paddock stand bobbins,
My MT 07 was stolen. I'm buying the 650R next week. I think that the rider position is a bit more aggressive on the 650 compared, do you agree? I'm going for the black one. One of the first things I'll do is buy an aftermarket screen - when they're available. The other reviews I've read point to the tyres being the weakest link. You don't appear to be having any difficulty?
Sorry to hear about your MT07 being stolen? You didn't buy it from Farnham Honda did you? The riding position is much more sporty than the MT07, I like it. The Metzelers seem fine to me, although some of these bikes come with Dunlop tyres and they are shockingly bad.
@@Englishbikerdan I'll make sure they put the right ones on. Watford town centre for the theft. I've got a Tracer 700 now and need a change. Really good bike with lousy suspension. I don't tour. So, I thought, what's the point.
Yeah, I keep saying they need to do a premium version of either the MT07 or Tracer. Or both. The suspenders really let it down. My MT07 was sold on by Farnham Honda and subsequently stolen from it's new owner too.
@@Englishbikerdan I just watched your first test ride. I thought exactly the same things about the bike when I took one out. In fact, I didn't like it at all - until I realised how easy the bike was to ride and how much fun I was having - four cylinders don't lack character, they just provide power brilliantly. The nice chaps in Chiswick let me take it out again - I forgot about the quickshifter. It was a ball. Total confidence in heavy traffic and a blast at speed. The tail of the bike, however, has to be gone.
@@cliveomahoney4096 I had a great ride today, it just pulls so much at 90 plus. Insane. Trivia, I got wiped out by Chiswick Honda by a U turning car while riding my Hornet years ago. Ordered a new clutch lever straight after the accident so it was a handy place to do it!
Best of luck with the new machine. Hope to ear(see) from your impressions of it.
Dan cant edit remove the baffles when you cut the can open. Weld a 90 degree conduit end on and job done. You will still retain the sensor.
mt 07 vs cb650r? I currently have a gsr600 and the engine seems very similar to the cb650, not much low end, all power in the super high rev range (hits limiter at 16k) cant decide what to go for >< my gsr is on deaths door and im struggling between the 07, CB or just dropping extra cash on a mt09
just subbed... been looking at they bike and the 1000. i think this will be the one for me.
Really happy for you mate, grats om your new bike 😉 I've bought the same one (silver) with allmost all accessories. Looking forward to your owners review!
It does look sweet in silver! Enjoy and ride safe.
@@Englishbikerdan Likewise mate. 😉
LOVELY bike, i just wish the Cb1000r wasnt singe sided swingarm, i much prefer the normal look
Have a CB 125 R.Hope to get one 650 too.Have fun with your bike.Ride safe...
Hey Dan, I have this bike and my shift indicator does not come on at all. I know you can change the rpm that it comes on as, but it looks like yours came on at like 4k RPMs? I didn't think you could set it that low. Thanks!
My whole life...well at least since 1992 when I got my first decent paying job just before I turned 25 I bought my first bike and it was a naked bike and until a few days ago all my bikes were naked bikes, but I had to go for the CBR650R. So much better than the CB650 because it has a pretty powerful engine and you're meant to go fast but I couldn't do it on the CB, on the CBR it's amazing.
Beautiful blue finish! What is that blinking bar on the right side of the dash?
That's the gear shift indicator. Annoying me now though!
Mate, maybe stupid question, but how tall you are? I was recently checking the Suzuki GSX-S 750 and I llok quite big on it even I am just 1.80m tall (96kg), so I am wondering if maybe this bike would suite me better?
But nice vid anyways, enjoy this beauty. Cheers
Hey Peter, I'm a bit shorter than you at 5'8". I can't really say if it would suit you better as it's quite subjective. I do love the look of the GSX-S 750 and I was tempted by one but I just love the retro look of the CB650R. Thank you!
im pretty sure this cb650f is smaller, lower seat, than the gsx-s750
Some of your humour is a bit Baron Von Grumble ish, which I like! Also, good audio and good quality video all round. Keep up the good work!
Haha, my sense of humour has always been the same, silly and sarcastic. I actually live near him although I've not met him yet. Thanks for the comment!
Good call on keeping the OEM tail on, I reverted on my FZ1 as I was getting a loooot of crap on the rear seat and my back
You are doing great that’s why I’am following you!
Could you do a comparison between the CB650R and the XSR900... thanks
Thanks Regie, I'll do a test ride of the XSR900 when the lockdown has ended for sure! Thanks for watching my stuff! :)
That matte blue looks awesome. And congrats on the engagement!
Thanks Francisco!
i found in a yt video that if you put a matt transparent adhesive film on the dash it greatly improves how you can read it in certain light conditions, i know that it is a (minor) problem of this wonderful bike, that i don't own by the way, so i could not test it myself. i hope it can help you, and if not pull out the matt film and you have caused no damage at all...
My dream bike, btw you don't seem to shift in 6th can you tell me why cuz that seems to trouble my OCD idk why
Pic king mine up next Saturday also in blue can’t wait good look and safe ridding
Thanks David, enjoy your bike! Ride safe!
great looking bike, you are right the blue goes well with the gold/ bronze colours
Nice choice of bike! Looking at this as a restricted A2 bike, looking forward to more vids, nice quality too!
Thanks James, just upgraded to a GoPro Hero 7 for this video.
How tall are you?
I’m 187cm , hopefully it will still be comfy
I'm 176cm. Best thing would be to test ride one if you can.
EnglishBikerDan
Thank you! I’m gonna do that
Maybe it's just me, I really don't mind the bit that sticks the number plate out the back, and yes I guess it does stop the back of your helmet getting a bit dirty ;) oooh er !
I had a test ride of the CBR650R . Very nice engine and gearbox, but possibly because I'm an old git, I just can't handle sports bike riding position for that long. Dealer didn't have a CB650R naked to test ride.
I did also test ride the CB1000R naked upright, yeah it's faster, but the riding positon was nice and comfy for me.
In a choice out of CB650R naked or CBR650R sports, I'd have the naked one with comfy position, and I do think the "neo sports cafe" look is good. Definitely one of the best looking mid weight modern nakeds. I learnt on the baby CB125R, which I really did like the look of.
I think the CBR looks good to me, I didn't mind it having the same rear end, it's just the sports bike riding position. Oh how I wish I was 25 years younger !
Only thing I didn't like on my CB125R was the inverted LCD, my old git eyes really needed something a bit more visible. How do you find the display ?
I struggle with the display on my 650. My eyes aren't what they used to be either!
@@Englishbikerdan Your eyes are probably fine. Honda really need to sort out the display. I don't guess a TFT like Triumph use on their modern type bikes is that expensive. Honda are possibly losing sales over the display on what are otherwise very good bikes. I do like to see what the speed is !
Beauty bike man! I like this colour as well.
Would you recommend this to beginners?
Its a 650 Bro I say go for it
Beautyfull bike mate!
Bought my cbr650r 1 Week ago 😎
Congrats to ur new ride
Have a good one and ride safe 👍🏻
Thanks Josef, enjoy your bike!
I am planning on getting one, does it brake well (ie: emergency braking)? does the abs work great?
Edit: it would be my first "big" displacement bike coming from almost 6 years of riding under 200cc bikes.
Just found your channel. Enjoy the bike, it looks really nice. Naked's rule
Looks like your having fun. This bike is my choice as well, i live not far from Farnham honda, so probably getting my bike from there as well, when i get around to it.
In terms of the tail tidy, I'm going to ask them if they can fit the CB1000R's tail tidy instead, its basically a second hugger that fits around the back of the wheel. Depends on which look you prefer i guess, but i prefer the 1000R's look. (Also, love the blue, but think I'm going for the black one tbh, i think its because the black/bronze reminds me of the R Nine-T, and i think it looks fantastic)
Ah nice, hope you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine!
Unfortunately here in Australia both the CB and the CBR are our version of the A2 restrictions which means everything is half power and here it's illegal to de-restrict the engines. No 95 HP for us.
As far as I'm aware, it's not illegal to de-restrict it so long as you're not required to ride it as a LAMS bike. I've heard of people even taking it to Honda to get it done.
@@kurtgriffiths9714 Up till 2017 it was illegal in AU, so unless something has changed in the last two years that I haven't heard of then I assume it still is . I wonder if it is different depending on which state one is in.
I'm fully agree with you mate..I'm waiting it till this November...
Congratulations on the engagement and good choice of bike !
Thank you very much! :)
Congrats on the bike Dan.
I'm quite tall and considering this bike. Can I ask your height?
Thank you! I'm only a meagre 5'8" 😔
I'm an oversized 6'5
I'll just have to test it out I guess! Thanks and happy motoring.
such a beauty :D
would you recommend this over the mt07?
For me yes but I have history with the MT07 and while I do love that bike, I had too many issues to go back. However I know many MT07 owners who don't have any issues so maybe I just got unlucky. They are both great bikes, I would say the MT's engine is more punchy, especially low down but it depends what you like. The suspension, brakes, electronics and build quality are all better on the CB/CBR in my opinion. Good luck with your choice!
@@Englishbikerdan Well, Im actually choosing between the cb300r and the cb650r :P
Ive just heard the mt07 has budget suspension
@@tmfrs2 The 300R does look nice, lots of fancy items for a smaller bike. I just miss having a decent amount of power while not being too much for the road.
Beautiful bike! Godspeed in all your travels =)
Hey Dan love the bike and colour. Naked sport bikes are king. Keep up the great work
Thanks Andy, yes they are!
It’s a car without the fairings and much better for daily street use. I really have thought hard between this 2022 model or the cbr650r I want the super sport but I know for daily riding I’ll regret not getting this one
Just got this in black as a second bike I love it
I'm here to see which one you got. Very nice, I'd love one but the garage is a bit full.
That's a great problem to have!
@@Englishbikerdan it's a struggle but I get by. First world problems.
How dose this bike compare to the cb500f? I currently have a cb500f I was looking to upgrade to a 650.
After several years on 4 wheels I felt I wanted to get back to 2 so had some refresher training sessions to check my motivation and confidence. I was planning for the CB500F and had a session on it and loved it. But the instructor suggested I also try the CB650R. First half of the ride I was a little overawed by its power. Second half I grew in confidence and started to really enjoy the x2 greater power. Today I've placed an order for the 650. Find a training school Ben that will let you have an hour on the 650. You'll love it.
@@steverobinpowers thank you . I going to give it a spin
Superb bike. Excellent content you are putting up. Hugely informative with a dash of good humour. Have ordered cbr650r in black. Hope to get my girlfriend on the back eventually after some convincing!
Can you get a fly screen for this bike, so that it’s ok on motorways?
You do it as I said! ! ! You should be more exciting than in the video! ! ! ! Good to see this! By the way does it include quick shifter? It should be able to have it optionally
I have the worst man flu at the moment. But trust me, I'm stoked! Quickshifter is an optional extra, I might get it after the first service. We'll see.
I think the riding type/method is huge different from two-cylinder engine one, you can feel and make a comparison topic to introduce MT07 and this beauty. Do you think the tank is small for this class?
@@realblast7 I'll do a comparison at some point. The basics are that this feels like a premium bike whereas the MT sadly felt very budget. The MT engine though was hilariously fun, power wheelies in 2nd! Madness. I think 15 litres is ok for this style of bike, although I've not done a whole tank yet so can't quite figure out the range. They estimate 180-195 miles.
It’s a £300 extra I ordered it with mine as well as the comfort pack (heated grips, small screen and 12 volt socket) £395 I pick it up next Saturday
David Fennessey Congrate and Enjoy! In Taiwan it need to wait for 2nd batch and arrive in June if I order the red or black one now. This takes 8900GBP include tax here even though we are closed to Thailand😅. I envy you guys!
How many KMs out of that smaller fuel tank?
I am crazy jealous of your bike. I wish we got it in thay matte blue color in the US.
Will this be released in the US?
@@quanwick4516 so far I've only seen it in Red in the states. Unfortunately our options look to be limited. Probably will have more colors later I would think, if sales are strong
Quick question ..
How are the tyres? I been told they misbehave and are skettish I am about to head to the dealers and he made me an offer to choose between Dunlop and these.
So far the Metzlers have performed very well. I've ridden in damp roads but not fully wet. They are great in the dry.
@@Englishbikerdan thanks much appreciated.
I agree about not fitting a tail tidy. I ride all year round and would rather keep all the crap off my back.
Damn that's a beautiful bike. Would love to own one one day. Sucks being poor.
I’m looking at this or a Husqvarna Vitpilen 701. I can get them for about the same price. Which would you recommend?
Wow, the Vitpilen 701 in the UK is nearly £9k which is £2k more than the CB650R! I've not ridden a 701 so I couldn't say.
I don't know why people take off their plate holder anyway? I think it looks good on the back of the bike. I have never taken mine off any bike I have owned. Sharp looking bike!
I guess it's personal preference really. I'm just a bit sensible (sometimes) and don't want water all over me!
It looks amazing....I have 2018 model....I prefer the look of 2019 with round headlight.....congrats
Beautiful bike congratulations, looking forward for more videos.
