Agree, listening to his book it was a MIRACLE he lived as long as he did with the volume of substances he took at times.
Even so, doctors have a code of conduct, do no harm, the hippocratic oath, and the U.S. can't have physicians and diagnosticians running around selling copious amounts of ketamine to the patients they're supposed to be helping. It's like the Michael Jackson situation. That doctor served time but still practices medicine.

The parking lot is always filled with children and families. Knowing what happened to Matthew Perry breaks my heart. He was going through so much, and he didn't deserve to suffer like that. For example, obesity-related conditions cause numerous deaths each year in the U.S. People who love cheeseburgers might not always think about the long-term health impacts. Gross, needs to rot in prison. Ketamine is a dissociative anesthetic, to ONLY be used for anesthesia, under controlled conditions, in a hospital setting, with cardiac monitor, O2 saturation, BP, determination of LOC. This misuse is outrageous. We used it in ICU, only for extensive dressing changes, such as those after debridement of necrotizing fasciitis.

If I was the assistant, I would’ve said no I would’ve reached out to his family. Whoever I could try to get him help. He knew if he gave him a double dose. There’s a chance that he could’ve died.
