Government should answer the court what is their solution for environment protection and how far it is feasible, it will be reviewed by experts as Govt. Committee has no experts. sustainable development planning in GO 111 area revocated area will only take 5 yrs. They have only removed GO 111 but not restrictions laid by NGT. Those restrictions will continue.
If there is no master plan and proper sewerage plan by municipality, these areas will be heavily flooded even with 1hr rainfall. Do lot of research before investing. Look at banglore and some parts of Mumbai. 2 inch rain for 15 mins causes 2hr traffic jams.

The price range is 55K / Sq yard. This was before Govt. took the decision on GO 111. The price was Jan/Feb of this year. Do you think the price now will go down or will increase.
If u want to sell immediately ....u won't get expected price in expected time But if ur holding for long term or end use....u don't need to worry...as already constructions completed...impact willl have on layouts without any construction activities
