    Commitee is without experts (only IAS officers), Current Govt. Is desperate for 111 GO revocation. Government should answer the court what is their solution for environment protection and how far it is feasible, it will be reviewed by experts as Govt. Committee has no experts. sustainable development planning in GO 111 area revocated area will only take 5 yrs. They have only removed GO 111 but not restrictions laid by NGT. Those restrictions will continue.

    If there is no master plan and proper sewerage plan by municipality, these areas will be heavily flooded even with 1hr rainfall. Do lot of research before investing. Look at banglore and some parts of Mumbai. 2 inch rain for 15 mins causes 2hr traffic jams.

    Hey Abhiman, Excellent video as usual. Not going through 111 GO history like everyone is doing is the best part. Coming to the question - How do you see 111 GO impact on Neopolis residential (My Home Nishada, Prestige Clairemont, Sattva Lakeridge & Rajapushpa) appreciation in next 4-6 years? Minimum overall price in these projects is around 2-3crores. After 4 years will buyers have an option to buy a villa in near by 111GO lands rather than going for an apartment in Neopolis? What do you suggest for a buyer with 3cr budget looking for an end use and easy to exit with decent appreciation after 10 years?

I do have one question for you. For years, real estate value growth past Ghatkesar has been very slow. Bibinagar seems to picked up a little after AIIMS. What is your projection of growth around Bibinagar and beyond towards Yadagiri Gutta? Do you think, investment on farmland near Bibinagar good idea for future like 5 to 10 years?     Hello Abhiman - I have purchased a plot in Brindavan Colony, Kishan Guda, Shamshabad (Exit 14 on ORR). This is a gated community with 45 houses/Villas already built. Overall, 150 plots layout. The price range is 55K / Sq yard. This was before Govt. took the decision on GO 111. The price was Jan/Feb of this year. Do you think the price now will go down or will increase.

      If u want to sell immediately ....u won't get expected price in expected time
      But if ur holding for long term or end use....u don't need to worry...as already constructions completed...impact willl have on layouts without any construction activities
