    As you aware of the price band in lower traingle.please take a video covering the price range to buy plots in west side like mokila, kollur,velimala,bhanur,shnakarapally,etc. It will help the people to get good price.
    And you have helped many people to sell their plots at west side.
    So you will be aware of the price 😊

    Is Ibrahimpatnam location is good for investment on land at around 18k per square yard??

      Ibrahimpatnam good area but 15k maximum is good as of now, beyond that not great at this moment 🙂

    Bachupally layout is between 2 gated communities and already resedential, total 210 plots were auctioned and most who were dropped were either who got in 1st auction or brought 2 plots in auction

    Hi abhiman bro, your analysis is as usual top notch, with your sense of humor. you are like one among us as i believe you are also from a middle class family. I want to know the location and price bracket where you have personally invested (only about plots). It gives us motivation and confidence to invest in and around that area.

      I won't hold for long time... invest and exit in regular intervals...25 to 30k bracket
      Firstly west Hyderabad
      Then South Hyderabad

    Ameenpur area is best for 50L-60L budget apartments now. Near to IT corridor.

    Probability for Hung Assembly are more likely in Telangana, BRS or Congress is a weak Govt., not positive for RE, if TDP comes to power in AP or will be a double Whammy for Hyderabad RE due to overheated market.

    Hmda doing peri unban to residential conversion by keeping %land use for construction rule as it is which is about 25%. But developers selling as it is fully converted 😀
    There are few mega projects total around 600-700acres under development at Indresham and rameshwaram banda areas

      25% ratio is already allowed for Peri Urban. Conversion from Peri Urban to Residential means after conversion, construction can be done as it is done in residential. Chanda Nagar was once a peri urban zone. That being said, I don't recommend anyone buying in a peri urban zone unless they know the venture promoter well and they have prior experience of conversion. I bought in Kallakal last year in Peri Urban zone. Last month, the layout was converted to Residential zone.
