25% ratio is already allowed for Peri Urban. Conversion from Peri Urban to Residential means after conversion, construction can be done as it is done in residential. Chanda Nagar was once a peri urban zone. That being said, I don't recommend anyone buying in a peri urban zone unless they know the venture promoter well and they have prior experience of conversion. I bought in Kallakal last year in Peri Urban zone. Last month, the layout was converted to Residential zone.
