The orders you turn down are the orders I use to take lol. Thx to your videos I have been declining more and waiting for better offers. It definitely makes a difference if I can stay discipline and not take the first offer that somewhat makes sense
It's all situational. Some days are gonna be bad, and I'll drop my standard a bit just to get some cash flowing. Other days, when it's busy, I'll wait it out for a good one.
Do you ever get a curbside Walmart order at like? ?:22 and they won’t let you start the trip for nearly 20 minutes and then even after you start the trip you still have to wait another 10 to 25 minutes for the employees to load your car
That's how curbside orders work, unfortunately. I believe the earlier the orders drop, the more behind they are. Recently, orders at my store have been dropping on the 35, and I haven't been waiting more than 5 minutes after 45. On days where the orders drop at like 27-30, I tend to wait at least 5 minutes.
While working at one of my home stores Spark drivers inside the store, and some that have completed deliveries miles from Walmart will receive curbside offers starting at 22 minutes after each hour, with a scheduled pickup time of 45 minutes after each hour If you're near curbside, you have to wait until 44 minutes after the hour to start your trip Load times are generally fast as this store, 10 minutes or less for 4-stops unless one, or more of the orders are large and/or there are other issues The other store in my home region has average load times of 30 minutes plus, even for ASAP offers which should have been ready to go a long time ago This store will often change pickup times after offer acceptance, sometimes twice, as much as 15 minutes after the following hour Many will cancel after 30 minutes, then the next driver also has to wait 30 plus minutes, or the order is canceled by Walmart, or the customer, Fun Times
It’s funny that @Walmart is committing felony fraud every single day and get away with it .
They are clearly too big to prosecute.
@@firststatedelivery might be the case but I know for a fact they hate bad PR ! go to local news stations and so on
Stop being cry babies. Walmart is bigger than any of us. They will still be here when all of us are dead and gone.
You don't like what they are or aren't doing. Go find another job and relay less on Spark for income.
Crying about it is not going solve anything. So, stop crying and adapt however you need to make your money.
They’ve hired so many people to work in Walmart to get the orders ready and I have a feeling some of those employees are involved in this scam. JMO
I thought that for a while but I think most employees are just unaware that this exists.
