Walmart will only care if their violation of TOS negatively impacts Walmart. Just like employee policies and codes of conduct, they write these things to avoid liability and say they care publicly, but they're fine if you violate them as long as they have plausible deniability and it positively affects their profits. Corporate knows their employees and vendor partners cheat and go rogue, and they only care if and when it gets public attention or starts costing them money.
Working in the country without legal government ID and probably no car insurance and somebody in country with legal status is helping all the illegals to get work iand orders in the country by renting cars for the illegals to drop off orders to citizens of country. These people are not vetted and background check, didn't have criminal history checked and drop off orders at customer's home. Dangerous for the customer because the person dropping off the order is not the same person on the delivery account for the delivery driver assigned to individual customers. It's a girl name, but you get a guy dropping off order and can't even speak ENGLISH. Walmart needs to background check and criminal history check and ask for ID. These people will make them loose business really quick when something bad happens to customer because of somebody showing up on front door that lie about their personal information and created a fake account with fake driver profile and picture. Somebody is also using bots to steal all the high paying orders before the other drivers can grab it.
Wait until the citizens of the country get, physically attack or crime is committed against them then Walmart is going to have issues with public's trust. Might even hurt business for them. They need to watch how long these people are taking to drop off customer's order and how long they sre hanging around parking lot to collect how manyborder before they deliver these Walmart Sparks order?!
Customers, some of them Spark drivers in my market have reported that the driver isn't the account holder and/or helpers that don't work for Walmart Spark are delivering their orders, however nothing is done about it It will likely take numbers of tragic incidents, lawsuits and very bad press before something is done about these security risk issues as Walmart is the beneficiary of so many cheap, and free laborers These crews will accept numerous garbage offers others reject, and helpers are effectively free laborers Some members crews work cheaply as many receive numerous welfare benefits and/or their job opportunities are limited due to having criminal records, no vehicles, no driver's licenses etc

the employees at my Walmart don't let you load your stuff, they do it for you, I don't understand why no one is with them, that lets me believe that Walmart employees are in on the scams
I just had to reply because I also get a free phone, food, housing and medical and I'm a 50 year old female white woman I don't have to work at all for this. So why would the so called scammers want to work in 100 degree weather if they didn't have to?
Does the acceptance rate include not taking orders from Walmarts that are like 30 minute drives away from where you typically take Walmart, I only take Walmart orders from basically one location so I don’t know if that counts against my acceptance rate when
@@firststatedelivery and the only ones that are timed are the ones at the store I take orders from so that’s good. It says I have 51% acceptance rate which seems pretty good after only 11 days, I expected to go down to like 30% but it depends on if the base pay stays high.
I see a lot of shopping orders with like $20-$30 base pay and some of those only have like a dozen or so items and they’re only going a few miles so the pay seems really good on a bunch of orders
My acceptance rate often crashes into the teens, even single digits as I generally reject all timed offers from one of the Walmart stores in my home market as it's 15 miles away, it's difficult to shop, slow to shop, poorly managed, poorly stocked, under-staffed, parking is bad, delivery areas are sketchy, dangerous, and challenging, and Walmart pickers, packers, and loaders are so consistently slow I'm often spammed with timed, as well as open ASAP offers from this store while I'm literally inside my home Walmart store waiting for offers I often receive so many offers from this store that it makes the Spark app freeze, crash, it constantly has to be reloaded, and it makes it difficult to view offers from my home store This store is so bad that curbside, and shopping offers in the $30s and $40s are often unclaimed. some re-batched, some canceled, or re-scheduled

Thanks! They just repeat these processes. Now I've got to work on getting them unemployed.

I agree mostly. I don't think these guys are renting cars. I also don't know what names they're operating under.

Maybe you should invest in a collapsible wagon for large orders to get them to the door in less trips back and forth to your car.
Thought about it. Summer is here so I'll be using catering bags for perishables. That'll help I think.
This is DAILY IN MOUNT PLEASANT TX. REPORT AND VIDEO. TBEY SAY THEY CANT STOP OPEN ORGANIZED CRIME. CRAZY.
I believe store management can ban Spark drivers. Not 100% on that though.
Dont you have to do a face scan on walmart spark now? My area has me scan my face before i can even get on the app.
Yeah I have to verify about once a week.

I don't think so. I think most people don't like confrontation so they avoid it at all costs.
Dang they should be deactivated for throwing the coustomer case water like that
Imagine how groceries are treated at their door!
They can afford doing this free phones free food free housing free medical keep working to pay for this
True, and they're misreporting income to continue to qualify, I'm sure..
