Looks yummy
Thank you for the recipe we're eating going to eat this chili tonight
Your are welcome my dear. You guys are going to love it. Enjoy 🙂
Mc Cormicks Chilli is the truth. I've been making it for years. I came in 2nd place in a competition with this chilli. I used ground turkey and cut up hot Italian sausage. Sometimes I use mild. I add to the seasoning as well. People love my chilli.
Wow I'm so proud of you I love your chili and I haven't even tasted it L😊L do you live in Georgia if so what part?
@@CreativeCarolyn Thank you. I used to lived in Stone Mountain but I moved back to California in 2014. I simply love McCormick chili seasoning. Your chili looks so delicious. That sausage combination is wonderful. Be blessed in all things and Happy Holidays to you and your family.
Love that chili seasoning I sauté sweet onion and a green bell pepper, tomato juice, diced tomatoes and kidney beans. Topped with cheese, sour cream and some crackers
Uum uum sounds delicious. 😛
that looks amazing!!!!! mmmmmmmmm...
Thank you L❤VE I Really Appreciate you😊
@@CreativeCarolyn Appreciate you as well, thank you I made it and it was amazing, I had so much that I was able to freeze individual meals
@@nealmalega5309 You made my day Neal😁 Sometimes we have some left to freeze too if my two sons don't eat it all because they love it😊
This l;ooks good. Also when I make chili I make my own taco salad, with the tortilia shells or with torllia chips and my lettuce, sour cream and I might aldd a little guacamole. Yum- Yum. :)
Thanks for your comment I really appreciate it wow that sounds good a chilli taco salad 😋
Great!! thank you for helping as a college student making chili for the first time haha
Oh wow you are very welcome I feel so honored to been able to have helped you😘
Amazing 😍
Thank You Suga😘
@@CreativeCarolyn pleasure was mine dime 😘
YASSSS do your dishes as you go!!! Preach!
😘
Gurrrl..that is the bomb chili !💣
( I use the wal mart 60 cents packet- shh..🤐tastes just as good !)
my secret to my chili 🌶 is green bell peppers along with the chopped onions.
I use canned stewed tomatoes 🍅 all the juice and chop up along with the undrained kidney beans, some more cumin and chili powder to my taste.i don’t add salt until I taste how salty it is with the packet first. 🤓
I add garlic powder and a pinch of sugar to balance out the tanginess of the tomatoes.🍅
Sometimes I make chili dogs for the kids and cheese- onions in the top !🧀🌭🧀
Thank you for this awesome cooking show !! God bless 💡🥑🍉🍳⚡️🕊🎋👩🏻🍳🏆🎯
You are welcome love thank you for your lovely response I'll have to try to add some of your ingredients I'm not a big fan of onion and bell pepper and less they cook to the point where they disappear in my food. I'm definitely going to add a little cumin next time and make some chili dogs😁

I feel honored to share anything that may bless someone else that could use any suggestions or tips for making 🌶 chili.
( it is usually affordable and you can stretch the ingredients with whatever you have on hand, so EVERYONE can eat ..😊)
I also forgot to mention that I like to add 1/2 the amount ground turkey or ground pork to 1/2 the amount of hamburger too !! .. and of course drain the grease !😉)
BTW: the taste of the green bell pepper isn’t strong once the onions and meat all start to soften, and I find this to make a big difference in the way the chili’s taste and texture turns out !!
Have a blessed and safe weekend my dear !! aloha, 🌺 Kaimana
I missed it somehow but was that 4 lbs. of ground beef? I like the idea of kidney beans I will try this one out. I usually add a pinch of sugar to my chili, just a pinch. Thank you for this recipe ♥️
You're Welcome and Thank you Dear. Honestly it doesn't have to be the exact amount of beef that I used. You can add more beef or less beef basically you can use however much beef you like in moderation. This video was a while ago so I don't remember exactly how much beef it was, I can go back and watch the video and figure it out but it really doesn't matter how much beef you use. You can use however much your heart or however less your heart desires😊
🥰
I love you God bless!
Well thank you very much sir I love you too you have a wonderful day God Bless😊
Your chili looks awesome. I will try this but a little word of advise. Do not pour grease in your kitchen sink because it will clog your pipes over time.
Thank you and when you do try it come back and comment and let me know you how you like it, it really is delicious and thank you so much for that advice, I will stop doing that. Do you think it'll still do it if I turn the garbage disposal on?
@@CreativeCarolyn garbage disposal will not help with grease in your drains. I have a bucket that I dispose grease in and toss it in the garage when it thickens up. I hope this helps. Great chilli btw!
@@chadthasavage Thank You Dear😊 Ill take that advice for sure because I definitely don't want a stopped up sink drain 😊
Looks good. Draining the fat into the drain is very unhealthy for your plumbing though. You should ladle it out into some of your empty bean cans and dispose into the trash once hardened. God bless!
Thank you yes Sir I heard that it wasn't good and I haven't done it since the first person commented about it but they didn't give me good advice like you just did. God Bless you too and I appreciate you . I sure will start doing that😁
The chili looks good! Can you share what seasonings in your Season All bottle?
Hello and thank you first I do want to say is that whem the video cut out for like. 5 seconds I did use all 3 cans of tomatoe sauce and all 3 cans of beans. I apologize I dont know what happen to the camera. As far as the seasonings, I have season all along with badia adobo, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken seasoning, garlic and pepper seasoning from this company called supreme spice from the food depot, they are like $.50 each. Any seasoning will work even season all alone. The main season comes from the McCormick Chili Seasoning. I just love mixing things well somethings because all things dont mix well.
@@CreativeCarolyn Ok, thanks for sharing. I will make this chili soon! Please, keep the videos coming.☺
Also some people like tomatoes in their chilli but I dont but if you do you can substitie 1 or more cans of tomato sauce for diced tomatoes and pour them in with all the juice in, do not drain them.
Question. Is The chili seasoning supposed to go directly on the ground beef when you're cooking it or is it supposed to go into the sauce
I use McCormicks packets and the chili powder and all the other seasonings are already in the package. You can add it to the beef after it's seasoned cooked and drained or you can add it to the sauce it really don't matter I don't think. It appears to have some thickening agent in it that probably won't thicken correctly or maybe drained off if you cook it in the beef. They're probably isn't a wrong wrong way to do it as long as it has all of the seasoning and flavors that tickle your taste buds. You never ever have to do anything exactly the same way some one else does it.
@@CreativeCarolyn thank you! ❤️❤️❤️
It looks good but I add more cumin and I cook my chili low and slow about 3 or 4 hours
Thank you, I will Definitely try adding cumin one day. I use canned beans which are already done so it doesn't take long and still taste amazing. You must be using fresh uncooked beans which are always best especially if you have the time😊
@@CreativeCarolyn no I use canned beans I just like to cook my chili slow
@@geraldbaker6339 oh ok but being that the canned beans are already done and soft cooking them slow and longer don't make them too soft and mushy?
@@CreativeCarolyn no they come out great I just put the crock pot on low and everything comes out great
@@geraldbaker6339 Sounds like a winner 🏆😊
