Butcher ground meat is awesome...if they add the propper fat content because 95/5 burger (which is what ground top round roast will give you) isn't gonna be very good for anything
They all look great, but they will never be the best if you add beans to your chili.....all beans are is a filler to make the dish feed more people. A true Cowboy chili does not have beans......
There's literally a dish called cowboy beans, so I call nonsense on that BS. I mean, are carrots and potatoes "filler" in beef stew? You might be surprised to find out that people do like things other than just meat. I like chili to primarily be meat, but I still like some beans for texture.

Using the masa from the Shelby kit makes a huge difference. It’s the bomb. 😢
for me, the taste of Shelby is always use masa and bite-size cubes (vs ground) and NO BEANS.
