I WiSH vapes would go illegal overnight, then I wouldn't have a choice. (But the truth IS: I DO have a choice.) Ty for this!
But I did tho. A hundred days straight.
That’s what’s up!!!! 😎💪
Hey, good for you!! I send you a giant congratulatory handshake. I am very proud of you!
Congrats
Congrats 💪🏽💪🏽
Good advice. Much of it IS overthinking!
Thank you so much for your videos. You have helped me quit nicotine (22 days clean) and weed (8 days clean). I know there is still a long road ahead of me but I also know I can always watch one of your videos to help me get back on track when I think I can't do it!

That’s how I quit.
Quit last Wednesday, no withdrawals.
Not thinking about it doesn't work for me, with anything, it just doesn't work. I will just keep delaying it until I start to put some serious thoughts into it and start doing my research. I was smoking, vaping and smoking weed until I started to research the real consequences and ways to quit alongside what to expect. I was expecting worst to be fair, but I was determined as I felt fully prepared and I did it, I quit all of the above in one day. People are all different, do what is best for you but definitely do it sooner rather than later, because it will change your life.
good advice here. Its difficult when its everywhere, all the time.
I'm gussing you wasn't as picking with what you vaped like you might have been with cigarette brands. Meaning it might not have to be the same one every time
After starting watching your videos about a month ago, I have successfully quit vaping. The first 5 days was awful, and the week after that was miserable. But now all the side effects are gone and I feel much better and more clearheaded. I still get craving in certain situations, but they pass as quick as they come. So I'm still subscribing just to stay aware and not break back into old habits.
Because there's so many different ones people are likely to want to keep on trying vaping more then smoking and it's nicer
i’ve been having a rough go with weed, still trying to quit that one relapsed quite a few times, but that’s life, i know i’ll be able to quit one day! But on a good note, as of today i’ll be 1 week off of vaping nicotine!
Good on you! Stick with it! I vape and smoke weed and I keep telling myself that I’ll quit one first then the other, but I can’t decide which I need more. It’s SOOO hard. I think you’ve done it right and that’s what I’m going to go for. The nicotine is worse and harder to stop so good for you and keep up the good work. 🥰
@@lisaamirant5595Thank you so much!!🙂 I’ve been a daily cig smoker since 15, and than switched to vaping after that. And have used nicotine and weed since i was 15 years old! I made the choice to quit vaping nicotine first. Because like you said, how much harder it is to quit. And so far i feel so dang good after a week off of vaping nicotine. I think doing it this way has helped me so much!! And i believe you can do it too!!😊 I just got so sick of always having a vape in my hand. Withdraws are rough😅 I FINALLY slept a full night two nights ago and last night, but day 2/3 are the WORST. But you got this!! The first step towards a better life, and than all u have to do is take it day by day😊
@lisaamirant5595 quit BOTH! I did 18 days ago. Keeping one just keeps it all going
You saved my life
The only thing that really helped me was to switch to vaping weed using a dry herb vape. Unfortunately, it's not feasible to completely abstain from both substances. Everyone needs a vice and I have rarely came across someone who doesn't even consume at least one substance. I have also came to a conclusion that quitting rarely works in the long term, since the majority of people would eventually relapse at some point
You can do it! I was addicted to both weed and nicotine. I quit nicotine first waited until my withdrawal symptoms weren't as bad and then quit smoking weed after that. You don't have to do everything at once! Don't use the possibility of relapsing as an excuse to not take ahold of your life and health! You got this!
I'm so addicted that I can't seem to stop. I wake up and it's the first thing I think about many days.
Yeah body wants more since it went without during sleep. Best cigarette was always right in the morning first thing for me.
